Are you ready for some Good Times & Tan Lines! Well wait no longer because this magnificently updated 2nd row beauty is ready to roll for you, your family and friends to make beach memories of a lifetime! This wonderful home offers 4 ample sized bedrooms (BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:1Q, BR4:2Bunks-4T). 2 Bedrooms on each side for 2 family privacy complemented by 2 full bathrooms and a Great Room in between for everyone to chill, eat and play games after a long day in the sun. Or, step out onto your own large and private deck with plenty of seating that is partially covered providing the option to either sunbathe, watch the beachgoers or sip coffee in the morning underneath in the shade! Either way the ocean views and salty breezes can be enjoyed from anywhere, or you can take advantage of the screened porch on the backside of the home for some quiet time to read a book or just nap, you are on vacation after all. Step back inside on the LVP flooring and grab a cold one out of the fridge in the fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite countertops and beachy fun backsplash. You will find everything squeaky clean with plenty of cabinet space and room to maneuver for all the Chefs in your family. And, family means that up two of your furry canine family members can join the party for a nominal fee. So whether it's time for an evening stroll on the beach, or plans to spend the whole day with cooler and beach gear in tow, it's as simple as walking across Beach Drive to the nearest beach access which happens to be just two doors over! When you return, a nice outside shower awaits you to wash off with plenty of space underneath to store your beach gear or even cookout in the evenings. Pack your flip-flops and fishing rods because it's time to take in the incredible views, smell the ocean breezes, and take advantage from some long overdue beach time. Located close to all of Oak Island's attractions and an easy walk to the Ocean Crest pier and Island Way Restaurant. Book now before your dates are taken! Departure maid service and a full linen package are included. Max 2 dogs allowed with $250 fee. Saturday to Saturday only in Prime/Peak seasons, 3-day min. in all other seasons. No Smoking.
