These accusations are bogus and completely false. We pride ourselves with consistent 5 star reviews in cleanliness and being dog friendly. Dayana and her guests caused such a disturbance that the adjoining tenant canceled and we refunded their stay. This is the review we received from the neighboring guest about Dayana: " We have had neighbors in the past and never any problems. On day three we were rudely awakened from an afternoon nap after being at the beach all day, by a dog non stop barking, a baby crying, and older kids screaming at the top of their lungs. This went on for hours. I reached out to the host asking for them to make contact with the other tenants because at this point they had their door wide open for hours and it was causing the upstairs unit to get to 76 degrees. The host was great about reaching out to them and asking them to close their door and to keep the dog from continually barking. When we got in from dinner, we were using the pool and had been in it for ten minutes when their kids came running screaming it was their time. (Mind you they had spent 4 hours prior to dinner in it) We went inside and got ready for bed. By 1:00 am we were still being kept awake by the now two families of drunk adults, kids, dog barking, music blasting, etc. They were even allowing the dog to swim in the shared pool. If you know anything about pools, a dog in one is equivalent to like 40 people (Gross) At this point, I had reached out to the host several times and again, they were amazing and tried everything to keep us comfortable. It had become very clear that it did not matter what the host said, these people were going to do what they wanted regardless. They had zero consideration of their neighbors. Everyone else on the BLOCK that was partying and enjoying their vacation was extremely very mindful and by 10:30- 11:00 each night, everyone would begin to settle in for the night. Not these people though. They had checked in at 4:00 this afternoon and started right out of the gate non stop rudeness. The next morning, I cancelled the rest of our stay, and got another place right down the street. The host was great at approving a refund for the nights we did not use. I do believe they made every effort to keep everyone happy but we unfortunately were dealing with people who just had zero common decency for shared spaces etc. I did inform the host that they should probably make any new check in aware of the people downstairs or they would probably end up with the same problem again with a tenant wanting to leave like we did. Like I said, the first two nights here were great with no problems. I wish we would not have had to move, but it was apparent this family that brought two other families in a maximum occupancy of 6 a total of 12 people, were not going anywhere."
