Entrez dans cette charmante maison de ville sur 2 étages et vous verrez que non seulement son emplacement le distingue des autres locations, mais aussi le décor élégant et les commodités qui mettent cette propriété en perspective.



Au premier étage, vous pouvez vous et vos invités avec une cuisine complète, salle de séjour et salle à manger séparée divertir. Sortez par la porte arrière pour se détendre sur la terrasse ou prendre un bain dans la piscine chauffée. Au deuxième niveau de Split, vous trouverez un espace de bonus avec un lit pliant et la deuxième chambre. Continuez à monter les escaliers jusqu'au deuxième étage de la suite principale qui donne sur la piscine et le patio inférieur.



Les deux chambres et le salon sont équipées de TV à écran plat, câble HD DVR et un lecteur de DVD. Accès illimité à Internet haute vitesse sans fil Verizon Fios dans toute la maison.

Location was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice!! Steps from restaurants and bars as well as a small grocery store. A few mins drive to siesta key beach. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location for Families

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family with older teens. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed the pool area and being able to walk everywhere.

Great vacation

We had an amazing week in Siesta Key. The home was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the pool. We used it every day after the beach. The home was perfect for two couples. Probably the best week we have ever had. Can’t wait to return.

We couldn’t find a better place to stay close to the village and a short bike ride to the beach! The pool is small, but it was perfect for our small family. We had a family staying next to us and the noise level was very low. everything was very thought out and a especially Shows they have experience with keeping renters extremely happy thank you again for letting us use your home and we will be back next year.

Family Trip

Wow location was better than I even thought it was going to be. No need for a car here, you can walk anywhere! The home was spotless, pool was perfect, and checkin/checkout couldn’t have been more accommodating! Saving this home for our next visit to Siesta Key.
