The host Kurt was outstanding, very responsive. It’s a beautiful house and great location definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at a great place on the beach.

This is a magical spot. Unpretentious casual coastal beach cottage with lots of space!This gem was directly on the beach. The proximity to shops and food (walking/biking distance) was amazing. We watched Artemis II launch from the beach!!! It was an incredible trip filled with love and amazing memories! This trip filled my heart and refreshed my soul. This house comfortably fit my group of 6. The hosts are exceptional! Very timely in responding to all of our questions. We are so grateful they allowed us to experience their beautiful home. We very much hope to return!

Great place to stay on the beach, just steps from the ocean. Bedrooms were well appointed, plenty of room for us to enjoy ourselves. The sea turtles were nesting down the beach and in front of our back porch. We were close to restaurants, grocery store, cafes and so on. It was a very relaxing place to visit.

Great for all ages!

This house is located on the beach and close to great stores, restaurants and a wonderful playground. The three porches let you enjoy sunrises, stargazing and an escape from the sun.

Great location

Older home that has been updated, clean and right on the water. Morning sunrise straight off the deck. By mid afternoon back deck starts to get shade. Very pleasant in the evenings.

Beautiful, newly renovated beach house! It was exactly as the online listing portrayed…even better!! That’s a first for us. Perfect spot for families or just couples! We had an excellent time!

Like others, we could see living here

An old beach house beautifully refurbished to give a total beach vibe. Every room had a unique feel. Loved the upstairs room for the little grand children and the big deck facing the beach. The combo laundry room-bathroom was great. We go somewhere different every year. This is one place I would consider going back to.

Can we move in permanently!!!

What a great place for a group to use as a jump off point for all of the great things to do in the area. House was great, communication fast and courteous. No complaints from our group of 8. Would highly recommend!

Beachfront Beauty

Beautiful house right on the beach. It was decorated so comfortably. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with coffee in the morning, and relaxing in the shade of the deck in the afternoon. The grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room. The master bedrooms were very comfortable. Very walkable. A winner all round!

Surf Break Spring Break!

What a great week! This house had it all for our family vacation. Grandparents, adult kids and teenagers were all comfortable and had the best time together in this wonderful house. The location could not be better! You are steps from the surf and sand, and everyone enjoyed the beach daily. We appreciated the beach equipment and shade tent provided too. The deck was the best place to hang out with a cup of coffee in the morning or just spending time together during the day and evening. We did some surf fishing and grilled up our catch for a fish taco dinner. Incredible! All nine of us would agree - best vacation ever. Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing house on amazing beach

We recently stayed at Surf Break with my 9 year old twins and their grandparents. What a great spot! The boys would run out to the beach all morning and come back for lunch then retreat to the “kids apartment” upstairs until the sun eased up and they were right back in the beach till dinner. The deck on the beach is a great size and we enjoyed “dinner”with a view every night. Great layout for families and the hosts even had essentials available at check in (coffee, shampoo/co sitio we and even butter in the fridge!). Great house, great hosts. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Wonderful house in terrific location

A fantastic house... everything nicely updated inside, and with a terrific location right on the beach. Very short walk to stores, restaurants, park in small town area, and a few minute drive to a larger town. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Convenient beach access right off the back deck. The property was clean and newly renovated. We would definitely stay there again.
