Superlative Home! Des vues magnifiques ornent cette magnifique maison unifamiliale de luxe! Situé dans le premier quartier de South Melbourne Beach, qui est le quartier le plus prestigieux et recherché des plages du comté de Brevard! Belle piscine et bain à remous! La maison privée de 3000 pieds carrés a une cheminée en corail, des fenêtres en verre au plomb, une immense terrasse au 3ème étage, de beaux sols carrelés, une table de billard, un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, une table à manger avec des sièges pour 8+, une suite parentale avec des plafonds cathédrale, une baignoire à jets profonds , plus douche carrelée séparée, balcon privé, grands placards sans rendez-vous partout, éclairage élégant et ventilateurs de plafond. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain attenante, une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces avec Netflix, des lecteurs Blue Ray, un câble, des barres de son qui ont la capacité Bluetooth pour diffuser de la musique à partir de vos appareils intelligents; grande salle a 55 'à écran plat, etc. Internet sans fil partout. Parfait pour les familles!

Pour le chef exigeant, nous avons deux cuisines, dos à dos, une avec table de cuisson à gaz et four mural, une avec cuisinière électrique, deux réfrigérateurs!

Beaucoup de terrasses, barbecue, tables d'extérieur, chaises, parasols. Pêcher directement depuis la plage! Nagez, jouez, profitez-en!

La piscine et le bain à remous sont nouvellement installés.

Family Vacation

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. Views of the beach were wonderful as well as the relaxing atmosphere. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center at night.

Family Trip

The house was great. Great ocean view from the deck. We sat at the 3rd floor patio watching the stars and listening to the ocean every night. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers, going home with clean laundry was a plus. Small things wrong with the house, very insignificant. Merry the property host was wonderful- helped me get my purse back after leaving it in Indiana.

Life’s a Beach!

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a great time!Sunrise at dawn and sunset on the 3rd floor deck overlooking the Intercoastal at dusk. A couple of little hiccups that were resolved by Merry and Peter very quickly! Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and their own full bath. It’s a large house with many sitting areas where you could have some alone time. Pool and hot tub were used often and the beach was almost our own.Everyone who stayed with us loved it and said the view of the ocean from the house was spectacular!Definitely would stay again if we had the chance!

The only thing that would have made our trip more fun was a larger common area. We had a wonderful 50th anniversary with our kids and grandchildren. The beach was so private and fun with turtles and dolphins!

Fabulous location

This is a great property for a family vacation…. Came with 5 couples and each had comfortable beds with en-suite baths. The above ground pool was large enough all of us… just steps down to the gorgeous beach. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc The property manager was available when we needed her. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful. Private beach, hot tub, and a pool, what more could you ask for in a vacation property. The property manager was also wonderful and very punctual if you needed her for something. The only real downside side is it’s a bit of a drive to go anywhere but that’s minimal compared to the quality of the property. Overall my family had a great time.

Wonderful House & Location

We vacationed here with family. The location is awesome, incredible views, blue water, isolated beaches, and the pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. The house had plenty of room, including outside decks to enjoy the view. House was clean and had everything we needed. Merry was a pleasure to work with. We traveled twice to Disney, about a ninety-minute ride but easy driving. Highly recommend staying here

What an incredible location and rental property! We have vacationed with the same group of friends for 7 years and always go to a new location; however, after this week, someone said we should come back to Melbourne Beach! Merry was wonderful to work with, and she was very attentive to making sure we had all that we needed! We loved New England Eatery & Pub (and ate there twice during our stay).

Family Beach Vacation

Great private beach and nice roomy house. Rooftop also gives a view of the Indian River and a beautiful sunset. Ocean colors were gorgeous. Items needed for ocean, beach, and pool fun were supplied as well as ample home supplies. No commercialization around. Very quiet and private. Couple of minor issues came up and Merry took care of them immediately. We had a great time!

Location, location, location 🤩

Location was amazing!! Beach was beautiful and felt secluded. Pool was a plus. Contact with property manager was timely and friendly. The pictures online didn’t do the listing justice ! Was even more beautiful in person. We had 10 family members during our stay ( ages 11 to 81 ) and plenty of beds/bedrooms were available for all. Many steps/stairs to get to and from the 2nd floor to beach/pool area. Walk to beach from the deck was somewhat steep… we had an elderly family member with us; so, we just had to be mindful of her safety. But no issues at all !

BEST VACATION HOUSE EVER!!!

Absolutely breathtaking! As soon as you walk in you are in complete awe!!! The house was huge, beautiful views in most of the rooms. The best was the beach. Steps away and you have it all to yourself! . The best was it was sea turtle nesting season. Every single night you would walk out and see sea turtles come out of the ocean and dig a nest in the sand to lay their eggs. You would stand on the beach and could see dozens of them crawling up the sand.It was absolutely incredible! Waking up to see all their tracks. We went with our friends and their kids. Best vacation! This host was awesome! Definitely will be back

Breathtaking

Everything about our stay was 5 star. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. As soon as we walked through the front door, the view of the ocean from the wall of windows took our breath away. We were on our honeymoon, so the privacy and serenity that the location offered were perfect. The lounge chairs on the deck offered the perfect view. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee out there at sunrise and sunset. While out walking our dog, the neighbors on the surrounding streets were so friendly. It was a nice town! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items, beach chairs, towels, etc. we could not have asked for more! Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. We hope to come back again!

Excellent beach-front location!

My family of 7, ages 10-75, had a wonderful week! The absolute best part of the experience was the private beach that was steps away. The water was warm and the beach was empty. The pool was a nice treat, as well. The house has amazing views from the 2nd/3rd floors. The furnishings are dated, though comfortable, and most walls need a fresh coat of paint. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels, including about 8 beach towels. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong table that’s in the garage, as well as the pool table. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The size of the house and the amazing beach location deserve 5 stars, however; the cleanliness of the the bathrooms, well-used couch slip covers, and overall “dated” interior prevent me from giving this property 5 stars total. Merry, the property manager, was great and even reached out to alert us to look out for a rocket launch that was happening during our stay.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you and your family really enjoyed the home and the location. We think the home and locale is gorgeous. We are in process of replacing the Livingroom couch and also starting to paint the interior of the home. We've had a busy 2019 season and could not attempt to paint while the home is occupied. We have had numerous rave reviews and compliments in this past year from guests regarding our décor. You may have confused our elegant beach décor with a contemporary style, which is not what we are about. We have a wonderful team of management and maintenance people who really care and are proud of their work.
