1 lit king size dans la chambre principale. 1 lit king size dans la chambre en bas. 1 lit double dans la chambre à l'étage. 2 chambres d'enfants une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit double et un lit simple. Les porches avant et arrière sont un excellent endroit pour se détendre. Faites une partie de volley-ball dans l'arrière-cour et sautez dans la piscine pour vous rafraîchir. Veuillez noter que la diapositive a été supprimée pour des raisons de responsabilité. La maison est équipée d'une fantastique cuisine et de deux salles de télévision. Des chaises de plage, un parasol et 2 kayaks sont fournis. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place. La maison a été récemment rénovée et a été meublée avec des meubles de haute qualité. Un croisement de plage privée vous mène à votre plage privée isolée à l'écart du porche arrière.

We had a terrific visit at this wonderful property. The access to the beach was outstanding and a highlight of the trip. The pool turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the property, and it kept our children entertained for many hours. The location of the home ensured that we had the beach largely to ourselves. Be aware that the no-seeums (Ceratopogonids) can be a challenge in the mornings and evenings and we wished we had brought long pants for the evening strolls. The kitchen is the finest setup we have ever seen in a rental. The combination of appliances and dishes allowed us to create gourmet meals throughout our stay. All in all a lovely home and a memorable stay.

This house worked perfectly for my family! Right on the beach, easy to get to, and so perfectly stocked. We had everything we needed, from lots of spices to lots of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The pool was wonderful and there was lots of outside seating. The hosts were very responsive, going out of their way to return an item I had left behind. We would be happy to stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay again this year. The weather was much more cooperative. So glad to have the pool, it was used more than we anticipated. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, layout of the house and property, the fenced and gated yard (kept down highway noise) and convenience to outside activities where we biked, hiked and kayaked. Close enough for a day trip to Disney. Great vacation home.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and we certainly enjoyed the beach and pool. Our grandchildren had fun with the games, puzzles and toys. The only downside was that we found the Wi-Fi hook-up physically broken, and it wasn’t repaired while we were there.

Restful retreat

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids and their 3 friends. Many things to do if you love the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the beach, kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball, boogie boards, turtle watching, and spike ball on the beach. Private, secluded, gorgeous. This was our second stay in this location.

The house has EVERYTHING you need for your extended stay. We had no need to go anywhere else during our stay with the options of using the pool or going to the beach everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and beautiful accommodations!

Most satisfying vacation ever! We so enjoyed being able spend a week with our children and grandchildren in these spacious and comfortable accommodations. Truly a home away from home. Spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach were just a few steps beyond the back yard!

Our annual family beach trip.

The property and location were excellent. Hardly anyone on the beach we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The Grandkids love everything about this place and this was our first time renting a place with a private pool. We all enjoyed it after spending time on the beach.the best things about this place was everyone had their own space and the kitchen was definitely a treat it had everything you needed to prepare a gourmet meal and we all took turns each night making fabulous meals. I would highly recommend this place not only for the location but the enjoyment you will get from renting this home. Until next year I think we found our piece of paradise.

Fantastic house

Loved the seclusion of the beach. Easy driving distance to restaurants. Pool would be great in summer. Kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need. Not much farther to drive to from Orlando compared to Cocoa Beach and no crowds.

Currently living in Miami. Born in France and well travelled. Hobbies include fishing, surfing, skateboarding snow skiing, guitar playing and hot rod building. Married with 3 beautiful kids (16, 21 and 23) who grew up on the beach outback.

Ocean front properties are hard to come by. New construction is limited and those homes that have been grandfathered in are a great opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The area is safe and a great place for kids to enjoy some freedom. The surfing is some of the best along the Florida coastline and numerous skateboarding parks are operating near buy. Orlando is only 1.5 hour away which gave a young family such as ours the opportunity to enjoy the area theme and water parks. The house is a great escape from our busy lives in Miami
