You can indulge in the waves lapping at your doorstep for some well deserved rest or explore nearby attractions like Shoreline Cafe, the harbor, or savor Brophy Brothers' famous clam chowder! With unparalleled oceanfront views from its private terraces and access to recreational activities all around - it's time to start planning your perfect get away on Santa Barbara's coast.
Guests will enjoy 2 private terraces overlooking the waters edge as well as access to the recreation deck with heated pool, spa, sport court and BBQ area. With covered parking and secured gates, this property is well-loved by all guests. At Haller Coastal Homes, we make sure every attention to detail has been made to ensure a wonderful stay!

* Guests must complete Pre-Check In Verification within 24 hours of booking - Digitally signed rental agreement and Secure ID Verification
* Minimum age to rent is 30 years old, per homeowners insurance policy
* Arrival and Departure Times are shown above - 3pm arrival and 10am departure
* No pet / no smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises.
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
* Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance!
* Rates change daily - until booking is confirmed and Pre-Check in Verification is completed
* Property owner and/or Haller Coastal Homes reserves the right to deny any reservation
