Hello! I have been on Airb&b for 2 1/2 years and have over 125 - 5 STAR reviews :) I take great pride in our successful over the years and decided to give VRBO a chance!

Only a 0.6 mile walk to Thousand Steps beach and a 0.3 mile walk to the La Mesa park. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area. Starbucks, Corner Tap Beer Bar and Eatery, 7/11, Mesa Verde, Mesa Burger, Lazy Acre's, Vons and more. Unit comes with one designated parking space and additional street parking. Townhome is located in the heart of the Mesa. Less than a five minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

Fun Santa Barbara location

Had a great time at Costa Mesa Santa Barbara, location is perfect. Beautiful park near by, and all the restaurants and shops you need. Owner was very responsive and helpful

Such a cute townhome located in a neighborhood with everything at your fingertips - grocery, coffee, restaurants and the beaches down the way. Ebike station is 1 block away, we rented them twice. Ubers abound, no car needed. Good views from the cutest upper floor with French doors to patio. Dreamy beds. Beach supplies available. Thank you!

Great Location

Great location for family stay

We recently visited for our daughters lacrosse tournament in the area. The location was great, very convenient to restaurants and local shopping, and the beach was sub-5min drive. The house was as described, fit our family of four without any issues at all. Host was very accommodating, checking in and out was simple, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back!

Santa Barbara stay

Spent 2 nights - property was perfect for what we needed. The 2nd bed is a bit small for 2 adults but as advertised. Having beach chairs and towels, cooler, etc. was great. Outdoor sitting area is surprisingly private considering the area the home is in. Everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect for us. 5 minutes to downtown waterfront and lots of great restaurants.

Overall, this is a fantastic property. Communication was excellent. However, online listing stated that they had air conditioning air conditioning either was not working or did not exist, which was frustrating as it got quite warm upstairs overall extremely clean and well presented and kept up unit.

Perfect spot for a quick stay!

We were in town to visit friends from college (20 years later!!) and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was awesome. Close and convenient to everything. The townhome was so clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more! We will definitely keep this spot in mind for future stays
. Hopefully it won’t be 20 years later next time!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is very unique, it is it's own little oasis! You can enjoy a glass of wine on the top balcony by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful Santa Barbara sunset! We are walking distance to some of the best grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more! We are also a 7 minute Uber ride to downtown or the Funk Zone.
