Layout & Amenities:
The primary bedroom has a King sized bed. The 2nd Guest room has a Queen sized bed and the the 3rd Guest Room has 2 Twin beds.. The primary bedroom also has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer on site for your convenience. The home is updated and full of comfortable furniture throughout the entire house. Pillowtop mattresses, hotel quality linens and towels make this home feel like a high end hotel. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker. Smart TV's in every bedroom and in the living room, high speed internet & WiFi. Outdoor shower, fish cutting table and flood lights for night time use of back yard.

Kickin' Back Reel Time is managed by the owner's not a property management company. Many property management companies manage hundreds of homes. As owner's, customer service and great communication are our top priorities. We strived to make our guests happy one vacation at a time!

Kickin' Back Reel Time is located approximately 2 1/2 hours south of Miami and 1 hour north of Key West. We are 1 mile from Publix Super Market and Overseas Highway. This is a prime, central location, in Marathon, just minutes from all of the best restaurants, tiki bars and shopping.

*Key Colony Beach Golf & Tennis, 8th Street at MM 53.5, Key Colony Beach. A nine-hole, par-3 public course is open seven days a week, along with two lighted hard courts.
*Boot Key Harbor, MM 49, ocean side, Marathon. One of the United States' rare protected harbors with nearby docks, launching ramp, fuel, boat rentals and restaurants.
*Crane Point, MM 50.5 bay side, Marathon. A 63.5-acre tract that is one of the most important historical and archaeological sites in the Keys. Crane Point contains evidence of pre-Columbian and prehistoric Bahamian artifacts and was once the site of an entire Indian village. The Museums of Crane Point include the Museum of Natural History of the Florida Keys and the Florida Keys Children's Museum.

*Pigeon Key, MM 47, bay side, Marathon. Dotted with quaint cottages, the historic Pigeon Key formerly served as a camp for laborers erecting the Seven Mile Bridge. This island now showcases a museum and offers opportunities to picnic and snorkel.
