The light-filled living area has an oversized sofa (that unfolds to a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa), and a 65" Smart TV w/ YouTubeTV subscription (cable streaming). An oversize sliding glass door off the dining room leads out to the private fenced-in backyard with outdoor sofa and fire-table, table for dining al fresco, and a 3 hole putting green. There is a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use, as well as 2 garage parking spots!

BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The HGTV-inspired white and gray kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home for prepping savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. White shaker cabinets, beautiful Quartz countertops, professional series stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and trendy subway tile backsplash. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker & filters, blender, toaster, serving platters and more. The adjacent dining area has a rustic farmhouse style chandelier and large dining table with seating for 6.

THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including fresh white linens and fluffy white towels for each guest) and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going, including ground coffee + filters, tea, spices and oils. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay, including food, personal soaps, paper products, toiletries, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets.

MONTHLY CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OVER 29 DAYS
Please note for guests staying over 29 days, we require pre-scheduled 1x/month cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $160/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow well-behaved / potty-trained dogs with some restrictions per the HOA. There is a non-refundable $200 pet fee. Additional fees may incur for additional dogs, longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are *NOT* allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *

FREE ONSITE PARKING
There is a private 2 car garage and you are allowed to park in the street in front of the home, in the direction of traffic. Just don't forget to return the garage door opener before you head back home!

SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Ring Video Doorbell (Front Exterior), Ring Security Camera (Garage) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 11:00AM. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 10:00AM on the day of departure.

Close to Desert Ridge
We were work colleagues attending a conference at Desert Ridge so hardly were in the house, just sleeping and showering. Beds are comfortable and place was well furnished with what we needed. Would stay there again.

Had a great stay! Check in was a breeze, house was very clean and updated, and location was great! Nearby grocery, restaurants, and perfect to jump on the freeways to head up to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Jennie was very responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything.

Great house for families and close to attractions.
This house was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and very nicely designed. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms had showers, which helped in the evening after a long day. Garage parking and mini golf were also great to have. The area is only a short drive to numerous attractions in both Phoenix and Scottsdale. The host was friendly and made sure to check in. We really enjoyed our stay in sunny Scottsdale.

Perfect place to stay
First of all, the owner of this property is an amazing, professional and a very responsive communicator. I had a very difficult time finding a temporary place (that was just right) to stay in as I was moving from another state and starting a big, new job. The owner made this process so easy and seamless. The house is adorable, perfect size, nicely decorated, just like (or better than) the photos show. It is spotless and sparkling. She makes sure the yard is well-maintained, the house is cleaned 1x/month and the little touches were so nice. The garage was perfect for my midsize SUV. The backyard is absolutely adorable and all the amenities she has there for you are super. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, feels very safe and secure. A lot of people out walking their dogs... The location is centrally located with easy access to the highways, to scottsdale, to hiking trails, shopping, etc. Such an easy area to get around! I'd give this place (and the owners) 10 stars if I could. You will not regret renting this place, I promise. My Golden Retriever agrees as well.

Safe and Convenient Location
Very nice location and house had just about everything we needed. Our stay was for care at the Mayo Clinic just minutes away but this would be a good location for vacation. Many restaurants, museums, hikes, bars etc. Kitchen was very well provisioned. Instructions were clear. I highly recommend this location and this host.

Home Away from Home
From the dog toys to the pack n play, this house has everything. Our family of 3 (plus dog) stayed here for 6 weeks and loved this home. Jennie, the owner, was super responsive; even sent us reminders to take the trash out each week! She was also extremely accommodating when we had to last minute extend our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
