This beautiful, newly renovated home hosted by Mulberry Homes is located just 5-10 minutes from hiking trails, Mayo Clinic, Desert Ridge, Upscale Shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Qtr, the Musical Instrument Museum, Westworld, and dozens of beautiful Golf Courses. Easy access to SR 101 & 51 freeways, just 15-20 min to PHX Sky Harbor Airport! This is a dog-friendly, single-level home with a safe, fully fenced-in backyard and attached 2 car garage for parking, with in-unit Washer/Dryer!

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a large, open concept space designed for entertaining. The light-filled living area has an oversized sofa (that unfolds to a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa), and a 65" Smart TV. An oversize sliding glass door off the dining room leads out to the private fenced-in backyard with outdoor sofa and fire-table, table for dining al fresco, propane grill, and a 3 hole putting green. There is a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use in the garage, as well as 2 garage parking spots!

WORK FROM HOME
This home has a desk & chair in the Primary Bedroom & fast 5G Wifi (290 mbps download/98 upload) for working remotely.

BEAUTIFUL STOCKED KITCHEN
The HGTV-inspired kitchen is well equipped for preparing savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. White shaker cabinets, beautiful Quartz countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances including Dishwasher. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, standard drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, serving platters and more. The adjacent dining area has a rustic farmhouse style chandelier and large dining table with seating for 6.

THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished (including fresh linens and towels for each guest) and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay.

MONTHLY CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS 28+ DAYS
Please note for guests staying 28 days, we require pre-scheduled 1x/month cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home. Cleanings are $250/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We allow one dog, under 50lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur based on breed, longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are *NOT* allowed on the furniture or beds, and are expected to be crated when you are not home. If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information.

FREE ONSITE PARKING
There is a private 2 car garage and you are allowed to park in the street in front of the home, in the direction of traffic. Just don't forget to return the garage door opener before you head back home!

SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Ring Video Doorbell (Front Exterior), Ring Security Camera (Garage) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy. We provide SmartTVs at our properties so you can log into your personal TV/streaming apps.

GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 10:00AM on the day of departure.

EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY
This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Data or server hosting
- Running commercial-grade equipment
- Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load
Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

We stayed here 6 nights in late Mar/early April. This is a 5 Star home, actually a 10 Star home. This house is in perfect location for MAYO visits. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, how comfortable, how quiet this house is. Kitchen stocked with quality plates, cooking pans/skillets. Bed(s) were incredibly comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Really nice to be able to park in the garage. We'll be returning here any time we need to be in PHX, (live in Tucson)

This was one of the best short term rentals we have stayed in - truly. The place was very comfortable and it was furnished in a way that felt incredibly clean, but still made you feel at home. It was stocked with anything you might need and you can tell they thought of everything. The backyard is adorable and fully fenced in.The host was so responsive and kind. They made sure we were satisfied and checked in on us throughout our stay.The neighborhood is quiet and located close to everything you might need.We absolutely will be staying here again.

Great Location and Clean!!

Had a great stay! Check in was a breeze, house was very clean and updated, and location was great! Nearby grocery, restaurants, and perfect to jump on the freeways to head up to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Jennie was very responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything.

Close to Desert Ridge

We were work colleagues attending a conference at Desert Ridge so hardly were in the house, just sleeping and showering. Beds are comfortable and place was well furnished with what we needed. Would stay there again.

Home Away from Home

From the dog toys to the pack n play, this house has everything. Our family of 3 (plus dog) stayed here for 6 weeks and loved this home. Jennie, the owner, was super responsive; even sent us reminders to take the trash out each week! She was also extremely accommodating when we had to last minute extend our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house for families and close to attractions.

This house was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and very nicely designed. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and both bathrooms had showers, which helped in the evening after a long day. Garage parking and mini golf were also great to have. The area is only a short drive to numerous attractions in both Phoenix and Scottsdale. The host was friendly and made sure to check in. We really enjoyed our stay in sunny Scottsdale.

Perfect Home away from Home

Choosing this property made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to major roads to get in and around the Phoenix / Scottsdale area. And the house itself was just perfect. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything that you could need (and importantly labeled so we knew where everything was), and Jennie our host and owner was so easy to work with. We've been renting via VRBO for years and every property you say "I would do this or that differently." We couldn't do that here, everything was so thoughtfully done it couldn't be improved. Next time we are in PHX, this is where we'll stay for sure.

Perfect place to stay

First of all, the owner of this property is an amazing, professional and a very responsive communicator. I had a very difficult time finding a temporary place (that was just right) to stay in as I was moving from another state and starting a big, new job. The owner made this process so easy and seamless. The house is adorable, perfect size, nicely decorated, just like (or better than) the photos show. It is spotless and sparkling. She makes sure the yard is well-maintained, the house is cleaned 1x/month and the little touches were so nice. The garage was perfect for my midsize SUV. The backyard is absolutely adorable and all the amenities she has there for you are super. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, feels very safe and secure. A lot of people out walking their dogs... The location is centrally located with easy access to the highways, to scottsdale, to hiking trails, shopping, etc. Such an easy area to get around! I'd give this place (and the owners) 10 stars if I could. You will not regret renting this place, I promise. My Golden Retriever agrees as well.

Safe and Convenient Location

Very nice location and house had just about everything we needed. Our stay was for care at the Mayo Clinic just minutes away but this would be a good location for vacation. Many restaurants, museums, hikes, bars etc. Kitchen was very well provisioned. Instructions were clear. I highly recommend this location and this host.
