Perfect location. Unit interior is nice and was probably redone within the past ten to fifteen years. Beach is two really short blocks away. You need to cross gulf drive to get to the beach, but it is a low traffic segment of gulf drive, so no biggie. 50 yard walk to Publix — easy to carry groceries back. Kitchen was super well stocked and super functional. One of the two double beds was a slightly floppy, but the other was great and the master bedroom queen bed was great. There are four identical units in the property (we chatted with the owners of one of the others), and this one is on the north east corner with the balcony facing north. You can technically see the gulf down the street looking to your left on the balcony, but the view from the balcony is only OK. Super reasonable price for what it is. Best deal on the island for sure. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Always beautiful and close to the beach!

This is a great property it's conveniently situated close to the beach and close to publix. You can walk to either. My kids enjoyed the pool. While we were there though the beach had closed for the last two days so we couldn't swim in the ocean there but you could go out of the boundaries at your own risk. Also the chairs on the front porch the short plastic ones were not usable as you couldn't lean back in them so only the four at the outdoor dinning table were fine. Overall this is a great family experience. There were no bugs like some of the ground floor places so it's always a plus.

Exceptional!

We just returned from our week at AMI! The condo was perfect for our family and exactly as advertised. It has been recently updated and was very nicely furnished. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Laundry is coin operated and shared with the 4 units. We never had trouble accessing the machines when we needed them. The pool was great, and we enjoyed swimming, especially after a day at the beach. There was a hose/shower available to wash off the sand after a beach day. The condo is just a short 2 block walk to Manatee public beach, and just 1 block from the best burgers on the island at Skinny's. Publix and CVS are also very close by. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner, both before booking and on the island. The reservation process was easy, as was check in once on the island. Anna Maria itself was beautiful and just what we were looking for... a quiet, family atmosphere. It has not been overdeveloped and still has the "old Florida" feel. Kuddos to AMI for keeping it this way! All in all it was a great trip, and we hope to make it the first o many. I will be looking to rent Seabreeze A again when we come.

Awesome close-to-beach spot for a relaxing week's stay

This is a great property for a small family of 4 if the kids don't mind sharing a room, which ours did not. Both bathrooms are nicely updated with great showers. The kitchen was nicely equipped with anything you might need for cooking and we appreciate that since it's just a short walk to the big grocery and we stocked up on supplies so that we didn't have to eat out every meal. The location within a block or so to the beach and a block to a drug store, grocery, restaurants, beach rentals makes this an ideal home base for exploring the island. The only thing that could have made our trip easier was having some working beach supplies on hand--you'll need to rent or buy chairs, umbrella and beach toys--the ones in the unit are not really usable, we tried. Since we had a couple of days of rain, we utilized the TVs and the cable selection was good. Would have loved to find some games, cards, or even books tucked away to keep us occupied on rainy afternoons. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this unit, and though it's hard to tell from the pics, the pool is really nice and a good size. Partly shaded so it doesn't get too hot for warm days. Definitely a plus for staying in this building. Parking was also very easy and convenient, right below the unit. Loved having a keyless entry with a solid electronic pass-code lock. AC worked very well, and that's an important factor when staying in Florida in July. Highlight of the trip--seeing an amazing fireworks display on the beach. If you come in July, don't miss it!

Great location

Great location. 2 blocks to the beach and 500 steps to both Publix and CVS. I would say the location is mid-island. The unit is not large, but certainly met our needs. We were rarely inside during our 7 day visit to AMI. The mattresses are suspect at best, but still managed to sleep just fine.

Our experience with property was spot on. Loved the location. We enjoyed our balcony table along with our lower level grilling area. The pool was clean everyday. We would highly recommend this location and property It backed up to publixs and CVS via a paved path.

Spring Break 2021 on AMI

Our trip to AMI was wonderful. Our rental was centrally located and close to Publix, CVS and Manatee Beach. The rental was clean and comfortable. Our girls loved the pool. A MUST have is a golf cart! Best way to see the Island.

Very nice and close to beach!

My family and I had a great 2 week stay here on Anna Maria Island! It did storm in the morning and in the evenings occasionally, but there was usually enough time in between to hang at the beaches! The pool was very nice no one was ever really in it so we had it to ourselves! Very clean had to buy dish detergent for the dishwasher and the laundry was downstairs hard to get quarters as there's a change shortage at some places so save a few dollars in quarters! All in all my kids had a great time!

Just what we were looking for. Close to the beach and the pool was very nice and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. It would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the red tide. Thank goodness for the beautiful, well maintained pool. We were very happy with our stay. It would be nice if there was a lock box or electronic key entrance instead of picking up keys and dropping them off.

Sweet Hideaway

We spent two wonderful weeks on Anna Maria Island in this unit. The kitchen was well stocked and had lovely cabinets. There are beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I loved the location as the grocercy store was half a block away and the sandy beach 2 blocks, plus shops and restaurants all walkable. We rented a couple of bikes at nearby Ace Hardware--also walkable. The area was very quiet. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it as the weather was a bit cool. We would rent this unit again!
