Good location

Great location and nice pool. The carpet could be cleaned and need better chairs on the deck. Cupboards could be updated, but rest of condo was good. With the prices they are charging we expect things to be good. Could also have a gas grill the community could share.

Great Place, Great Location!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties both in the US and Europe. All have been positive experiences and this one was simply great -- excellent location ... easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Excellent apartment with very comfortable beds, 2 baths, complete kitchen with dishwasher, Not mentioned in the description is a washer/dryer on the property, plus folding beach chairs, noodles and surf board. I especially liked the large balcony with table/chairs for outdoor activities. Covered parking was included as well. Our place was clean and orderly when we arrived. The air coditioning thermostat was pre-set and not the easiest to regulate for cooling. The comments that follow are for the Management Company as they missed the boat on our check-in. The information didn't seem to flow correctly between the VRBO booking site and the management company. We were not given a code to enter the apartment as promised on the day of arrival. We had to call after we landed at the airport to secure an entry code -- after much discussion, we were given the code. The internet was extremely spotty and we had to have someone come to the apartment to fix. Once fixed, it continued to go in/out each day we were there. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for working several hours remotely. The guest booklet is usually the place to find out how to work the TV/remote and none of this was provided. I called, texted 3 times and no one knew how to work the TV. I would suggest the management company provide more than 1 garbage bag for a 2-week stay. Also, provide more than 2 dishwasher soap tablets for a 2-week stay; also provide more than one kitchen towel. There were no light bulbs in the bedroom bedside lamps. The can opener did not work so we replaced it. I only provide this information so that they can make the adjustments for the next guest(s). I would stay there again but would ALSO talk to the management company prior to my arrival to make sure they knew to provide items for a 2-week stay, and had an up-to-date guest information book. Lesson Learned!!

Great location

This was a very clean, nice property very close to the action at Manatee Beach. The property manager was very attentive and open to communication. While it is a smaller and older condo, it is well kept. The pool is a great bonus.

Nice heated pool, convenient location

My sister and I stayed here for one week in February. It is within short walking distance to Manatee Beach, Publix and restaurants. The heated pool was newly resurfaced. The beds were comfortable and the furniture is nice. The downsides are that you have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs, no coffee filters or extra trash bags, one tiny bar of bath soap upon arriving. Kitchen is outdated. Unit needs a deep cleaning and the blinds were broken. Plan on buying a few supplies for your stay.

We loved our visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for my 20 yr old son and I. It was clean, quiet, short walk to the beach. Close to everything you could need!! I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely call them again in the future!

Overall, a nice stay!

Great location, very clean. However the bathrooms were not as pictured on listing, but were nice. Kitchen badly needs updating. We've been coming to Anna Maria Island for a number of years. Probably the poorest stocked kitchen we've had. Managing company supplies no paper goods so no garbage bags, extra TP or paper towels. Not a big expense, but inconvenient. They were not very nice when I complained. Our Wifi didn't work but it was a cable issue. Not a condo issue. Overall the great weather and location makes up for a lot!

Wonderful vacation

The property was amazing. Very short walking distance to beach, a few restaurants and groceries. The condo had everything you’d need to prepare meals and even frozen drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome. Best place on the island

This was the best condo I have ever stayed at. I never wanted for a thing. The shower is better than mine at home. I highly recommend Seabreeze D. Loved everything about. Will stay there again for sure.
