Condo de deux chambres lumineux et ouvert dans un endroit accessible à pied idéal avec tous les conforts de la maison!

Chambre des maîtres avec lit queen, TV écran plat, ventilateur de plafond grand walk-in, salle de bains avec douche / baignoire et porte coulissante vers Lanai de verre. Invité chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, ventilateur au plafond, salle de bain complète et juste à côté.

Coin bureau avec un espace de bureau, vue lumineuse de la fenêtre, et la proximité de la connexion Internet par câble (sans fil disponible dans le condo). Cuisine avec vue ouverte sur le salon, avec bar / bar des sièges afin que chacun puisse être impliqué dans l'action.

Salon avec canapé confortable et un coin, avec un lecteur 42 "TV à écran plat HD, la télévision par câble et DVD avec Netflix / Pandora. Stéréo avec entrée auxiliaire pour jouer tous vos morceaux (de l'iPhone, iPod, ordinateur portable, etc.)

Great place to stay!

The property was great. It was in a great location - convenient to grocery store and the beach and other shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. The view was beautiful.

So glad you enjoyed watching the boat traffic as it navigates the drawbridge on Manatee Ave. So many different boats it really is interesting. And the jumping fish entertain in the lagoon, a fun pastime, while getting out of the sun a bit. We do like to be at our condo, the location is such a time saver, can get to the Publix in 1 minute, beach in five, and restaurants in three! And having the comforts of home is very important to us too. Happy to have had you stay.

This was the best situated and equipped accommodation we've been to. It had everything you could wish for and being so close to the Publix and beach was ideal for our age!Our host was extremely helpful and kind with instructions, the key pad entry system a bonus as we didn't have to carry any keys around.Being able to sit on balcony watching the fish jumping around was great fun.The reason we didn't rate it excellent was down to the rather noisy groundworks which were carried out at very short notice to all condo owners following the hurricanes last year.

It is great that you found the condo so well equipped and the location perfect. Having the beach a short 6 minute walk away, plus the convenience of Publix and the trolley stop within sight makes for a very enjoyable beach vacation. With our condo located on the inter coastal watching the yachts navigate the drawbridge and the jumping fish in the lagoon are entertaining ways to relax whether you are sitting on the screened in lanai or inside the condo!

Absolutely great place to stay

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island since I was a kid and was looking for a place to stay that was like home. The Overholsters condo did not disappoint. Great accommodations in a lovely condo, awesome location and beautiful views of the bay. We had a great family vacation here (my wife and I and our 15 yr old daughter). Lovely condo, great location

We really enjoyed staying there for the month of July. The condo is very clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy. The beach is 6 min walk. We’ll be coming back.

Perfect spot to vacation in Holmes Beach

We spent a wonderful month in this cozy, convenient and well appointed condo 2 blocks from the beautiful sugar sand gulf coast.This unit is bright and well stocked with a tropical theme. It overlooks the inland waterway and the bridge to the island. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely impressed with this stunning condo . Everything we needed was in the cupboards . The view from the bedroom and main room is amazing. We had some American friends pop round to see us and they were taken back about how beautiful the view and condo is . It was an absolute treat to stay here . I couldn’t have asked for anything better …. I will miss waking up to that view !

Sunbow Condo

This was an ideal property….we enjoyed it all very much. The weather was a tad bit cold but we don’t control that so we go with what we had and enjoyed it all anyway. So near the beach and that’s my joy…..walking there and relaxing and my husband enjoyed biking all the roads and trails and the 3 islands connected together. Property owners are wonderful to work with. Thanks for a very nice time.

Wonderful time !

The condo was clean and comfortable ,spacious enough for 4 people , in good location , across the street from a small shopping plaza , only about 5 minutes walk to the beach . Owner was wonderful , very accommodated, kind and helpful . The condo provides everything needed . The water view from the back of the condo is a big plus !!! I would highly recommend this place. So glad you loved the view of the inner coastal and drawbridge over Manatee Ave. We find it so fun to watch the fish jumping as well as the large yachts traversing the waterways! I am glad you liked the location, the grocery store across the street, as well as the free trolley stop in front of our building works out so well. If you choose to walk to the beach it is an easy 5 minute walk! I am glad you will be back in 2025!

Top equipped condo

The location of the condo is great (close to the beach, supermarket directly on the other side of the street, easy exit from the Island to the mainland). We never had such a perfectly equipped condo. Everything is there. The condo ist tastefully decorated and technically (Internet, TV Screens in all rooms including nice apps for movie lovers, aircon) on a high level. Laura is a great host and replies super quick to any kind of questions you have.

Great island (AMI), great condo, and great hosts!

This property was BETTER than advertised. It has a very convenient location to the free trolley, grocery store (Publix), pharmacy (Walgreens), and the BEACH!!! Laura had everything we needed to enjoy about two weeks on AMI. Other than our clothing, we did not need to bring anything additional from our home in upstate NY. We spent every day at the BEACH and loved every minute of our stay. The keyless entry (you do need an access code) is a VERY nice feature on the entry door. We liked this feature so much that we decided to add this to our home! The bottom line is that 5 stars is not enough. If I was allowed to give 6 stars for this property and the hosts, I would!!! Thank you, Laura!!!

Martin, It was great to have you and Debbie at our condo. We are glad that the condo was well stocked, and that everything you needed was available. The location of the condo is really a big plus. The easy 5 minute walk to the beach makes sunset and the music at The Cafe a definite part of the daily routine. Walking across the street to pick up groceries, or grabbing a bite to eat is very convenient. The free trolley stopping immediately in front of our building makes traveling the whole island so easy. You are always welcome at the condo and we look forward to your stay next winter! Laura

Paradise with convinces

It has been a long year with Covid... this property sits about 5/10 minute walk to a awesome beach. Grocery, drug stores, ice cream shop, hair & nails all directly across street.... we absolutely loved the convience And we are going to try to come back a different time of year..(weather warmer) The owners are very pleasant to deal with and location was excellent!! Best way to do it!

This place was perfect. Convenient, reasonably priced, relatively spacious, clean, water access, warm pool, short walk to beach, close to shopping, an easy bike ride to Ronbinson Preserve, and safe, covered parking. Host was quick to respond to questions and has stocked the condo with everything you will need. Beach and pool in the morning - naps in the afternoon, and paddle boarding in the evening. I liked it so much I might buy one. Thank you.

A little piece of paradise

This is a lovely property with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a beautiful view, and a short and easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and pretty much anything else you need. I just wish we lived closer. We feel so lucky to have landed here on our visit for work and events in Bradenton.

It was great that you could be at our condo on AMI and enjoy the beautiful view out of our living room and lanai. Watching the boats as they traverse the inner coastal waterways, and navigate the drawbridge at Manatee Ave is truly fascinating. It is relaxing to be able to enjoy that view and mix it with some "working from home" time. The office/WiFi/internet comes in handy. The short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach really is the best, toss in the surf and sunsets and it is a memory to behold!

Superb apartment. Wonderful place.

We've been to Anna Maria, and this was the first time we stayed in a different apartment. This condo is just beautiful. Spacious, homely, clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. It has a gorgeous view across a small private bay, and is in a perfect location for exploring the island and local amenities. We had a wonderful time and can't fault the property in any way. 5 star!

Fantastic

To us, this is the best place on the island. It feels like home. Very well furnished, close to the beach and shopping, clean and quiet. The owners are wonderful to deal with and quick to respond. We’ll be back next year, Lord willing.

We grew up in the Midwest, Iowa and Indiana. We have raised our family in Illinois. We have many fine memories of traveling to FL to visit grandparents over the years. We now have 7 grandchildren and are the happiest when they can be with us on the island playing!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this condo on Anna Maria Island because we took a detour off I75 after hearing that it was a quaint island. After a 15 minute drive we were definitely smitten with the area. The beach is beautiful with white sand and the gulf waters are many shades of sparkling blue! We fell in love with our condo as it backs up to the intercostal. We have a gorgeous view of the drawbridge and enjoy watching the many yachts/boats as they pass. The lagoon directly outside our condo is home to many jumping fish. It is fun to watch and predict how many jumps they will make!

Our condo is located directly across from the grocery store and also a few steps away from the hardware and liqour stores. It is a short walk(6 minutes) from the beach, the Beach Cafe (Live Music nightly) and there is a free Island Trolley stop is right outside your door. We love launching our kayaks right off of our dock, paddling through the mangroves, and even paddling down to the Bridge Tender Inn, tying up and enjoying a great brunch at their outdoor tiki hut!
