This unique home has a style all its own. If houses had yearbooks, this special one would be voted "Most Likely to Make Your Jaw Drop". This house has tons of personality with the gorgeous original hardwood flooring and high ceilings which add a modern flair. Stylish couch in front of a beautiful and customized fireplace, along with a TV, is so comfortable and peaceful. Kitchen and laundry facilities also make it very convenient. Close to medical centers. This place is sure to be a favorite!

A beautiful charming home. The appliance are new and are great. The house was decorated so nice. The host was very nice when our plans changed. Easy to get to both hospitals in Sioux Falls. Close to downtown area. We found getting anywhere in Sioux Falls easy.

I don't know if I am just lucky or if this is how all rental properties are. The people running every place I rent have been extremely kind to me. I created problems for myself and Sara went out of her way to help me correct it. Thank you again Sara, you are the best! This was a great spot in a nice quiet location. This is the first time I have been to Sioux Falls and this is the biggest small town I have ever been to.I think the bath towels were the nicest I have ever used. I was working most of the time so I wasn't really sightseeing. Everything I needed was in the house. The giant TV was awesome... I can't think of anything to complain about. I may be coming to Sioux Falls on a regular basis and will be checking if this place is available for sure.

Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Even had plastic plates etc for our kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Updated nicely. Location was great to the falls and downtown. We would recommend and stay again.

Visited Sioux Falls for the weekend. Perfect place for 4 people in a nice residential area. Located near city center but not right downtown.
