Too many add on charges. Grill and spa should be included as part of the overall cost. Crazy they are outside the normal charge.

Our hosts were great and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet with a water park that was bigger than I imagined possible in a neighborhood. The house is a super easy 15-18 minute drive to all of the Disney World Parks and 30 minutes to the Universal Parks. Only 1:15 to Kennedy Space Center. The house is huge and very well appointed (pool, hot tub, game room, cooking utensils/pots/pans, etc. When we come back to Orlando next time, we would stay here again.

Lots of space, great location and great hosts

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

Wedding trip with Family

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.

Very spacious

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures but even better in person. It’s very spacious and each room has its own personal bathroom. We were a family of 15 and we would stay here again. So much to do on the premises, soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, and the water park was lots of fun. We were all very satisfied and had a great time. Thank you Ann and Gary!!

This home is simply perfect! The location is great, close to all Disney parks and Universal. The water park located on the property was wonderful. Everyone working at the park were very kind and gracious. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The pool at the house was great. Truly, we enjoyed this beautiful home. We will return again and again. Thank you Ann and Gary, we had a wonderful time.

I would have liked to rate excellent but a couple of issues were not up to par. Furniture in living room was torn and dirty, so were dining room chairs. Paid for a week of pool heat but it took into the third day for it to be turned on. Location and setup of house was great for our family but house needs a refresh
