Chalet de plage de charme à l'extrémité sud souhaitable de Sea Ranch. Deux chambres, chacune avec lits king size et salles de bains séparées, grand salon avec foyer au bois, cuisine gastronomique, des plafonds voûtés en bois, ponts chauds et ensoleillés et de belles vues sur l'océan, prairie et les montagnes. A un jet de pierre de la Trail Bluff et l'océan et une courte promenade à Pebble et Black Point plages et la mer Ranch Lodge. Situé dans une rue sans issue assez loin de l'autoroute. Récemment amélioré avec puits de lumiÚre, nouveau spa et une terrasse, refroidisseur de vin, appareils électroménagers, tapis, meubles, comptoirs en granit, touche décoratrice personnalisé et beaucoup plus. AccÚs sans fil haut débit et systÚme de son surround compatible iPod! Apportez votre travail et tous vos morceaux et de rester une semaine supplémentaire.

The Sea Ranch est internationalement connu et vénéré pour sa tentative de mélanger structures artificielles avec leur cadre naturel. Cette zone la plus pittoresque de la Californie, à 100 miles au nord de San Francisco parsemée de maisons distinctifs, se propage pendant environ dix miles de chaque cÎté de l'autoroute Un dans le comté de Sonoma cÎtiÚre. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Keith the host was great and helped me with my user error on operating the electronic keypad front door lock. He even texted later during our stay to make sure everything was OK. It was! We found the house kitchen to be unusually well-equipped for a vacation rental and clear directions were posted at the point of use for devices/appliances, and a helpful notebook of tips, instructions, etc. was also provided. Loved the roof deck. We brought old towels and sheets to dry dog and prevent tracking in sand, but a stack of old towels and sheets also was supplied for guests with pet who may not have thought to bring their own.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Ranch home. Although the weather during our visit was quite rainy, the house itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time indoors. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living room was inviting with a great fireplace, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of coastal weather.When the skies cleared, we were able to fully appreciate the property’s outdoor spaces. The roof deck is fantastic — with beautiful ocean views — and the home’s location provided easy access to the miles of well-maintained Sea Ranch trails. We loved being able to walk along the bluff and take in the scenery.Communication with the owner was excellent. During a storm-related power outage, they reached out proactively to let us know what was happening and provided helpful guidance so we could remain comfortable until power was restored. That level of care was much appreciated.Overall, this home is thoughtfully appointed and well cared for, with everything needed for a comfortable and restorative stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. We love Sea Ranch, and this home was a wonderful place to experience it.

We’ve stayed at this property several times. We love the location - easy walk to the bluff walking trail. It’s cozy and has a very well-stocked kitchen. Now there is a rooftop deck with beautiful views. It feels like a home away from home for us!

This is a lovely home in a fantastic setting. The house inside and out was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and walking trails, but if you never left, you’d still feel the effects of being in the middle of an unusually beautiful natural environment. From inside, we saw deer, a fox, jackrabbits and multiple varieties of birds through one of the many well placed windows.

Superb Property

The check in is seamless. The kitchen is nicely appointed. This property has a Keurig machine (so bring be sure to bring pods if you want (it also has a drip machine and a grinder so beans work too). THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL, WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY COMFORTABLE.

This place was an absolute gem. Located on a quiet street and close to the trails. The house has everything one might need and then some. The outside space was perfect for the morning cup of coffee and the evening glass of wine. The kitchen will well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this place. For anyone who has stayed at Sea Ranch over the years, they know how in earlier times owners who rented their homes treated their guests like, well guests. Well appointed kitches with fresh spices & all the right stuff, super clean and organized and welcoming. This was that kind of place. There were even robes in the closet. Wonderful.

Great house and location. Great 2 bedroom with a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Great meadow views in the back of house and ocean views out the front. House was well stocked with everything for a great VRBO experience.

Wonderful house and location!!

We stayed at the house this past weekend and could not have been more pleased with the property! The house was exactly what we had expected and the location was amazing! The kitchen was complete with everything needed and we cooked all our meals there during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find at so many places! We enjoyed having the wide choice of streaming services available and we enjoyed using the hot tub multiple times during our stay! We will plan to stay here again on return trips to the Coast!

Great deck

The location is a ten minute walk to the coast trail which was great. The outside deck area was wonderful and we spent every afternoon here. The updated kitchen worked well. Everything was labeled and detailed instructions were everywhere. The house does need a deep cleaning as everything was very dusty and we had reactions to it.

This is our second time at this property. It’s clean, well-located, and comfortable. I particularly liked the short explanations posted at key spots informing visitors why following instructions is beneficial for everyone.

Weekend getaway for family with teens

We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A peaceful meadow setting with mountain and partial ocean views. Only 100 yards to the ocean so no shortage of the calming sounds of the ocean surf. Lots of deck space for socializing with friends and the perfect two bedroom/bath arrangement for two couples. A well equipped kitchen for the perfect dinner.
