Welcome to your Sea Ranch getaway! This 2-bedroom plus loft house sleeps up to 6 and puts you near oceanfront trails, beaches, and community recreation with relaxing sea views.
The Space:
Starlight Reach is a comfortable, coastal-chic retreat designed for easy downtime between beach walks and trail adventures. The main living area invites you to relax by the electric fireplace after a day outside, and opens to outdoor spaces furnished for lounging and grilling. The primary suite has deck access for fresh ocean air, while the loft offers extra sleeping space plus a dedicated desk if you need to plug in. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays simple. It’s a great setup for families, two couples, or a friends’ trip.

• Bathroom 1 (ensuite to Bedroom 1): Dual vanity, glass walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2 (hall): Single vanity, shower/tub combo
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided at check-in. Overflow parking is available in a nearby lot. Garage parking is not permitted, and Sea Ranch does not allow street parking overnight.
• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests have access to community trails, beaches, and three recreation centers (amenities vary by center). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website; trails and beaches are open.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog (under 80 lbs) is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking; otherwise, reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Please keep pets leashed in outdoor/common areas and clean up after them per community rules.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Fireplace: The living room fireplace is electric and controlled by thermostat.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
