My family and I have stayed at this house twice now and loved it. It is close to the beach so we can go back and forth when we want or some people can go while others stay home ( perfect for moody teens/preteens!). The house has plenty of room and lots of private space with balconies, lofts, etc so we can hang out together or separate. The house is stocked with everything you need from kitchen appliances to beach toys, chairs, etc. we will definitely be back!

Home was just what we wanted. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had all the items needed to enjoy a family vacation. We hope to come again. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. My favorite spot was the screened porch. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay for a family vacation to the beach.

It was perfect!!! House was very nice and clean. It had balcony’s and decks all around the house you count see the water on both sides. We walked to the beach everyday was a 2 min walk. Will stay again in the future!!!

Family vacation

We had a great stay at the house for our family vacation. The house with stairs and a loft are perfect for active kids and kids big enough to need some separate space. We easily walked to the beach every day and used the cart and toys provided. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house for other groups with bigger kids or teens.

Quiet Oasis for Family

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It is located near the great amenities of Oak Island and a short drive to other attractions! We also found this end of the beach to be quieter which was perfect for our family with little ones! The home came well equipped with essentials and beach items! Amenities galore! If you forgot anything, no worries, you will find it already there. So many extra touches to this place. The Christmas decor was such a pleasant surprise. Just a few footsteps to the beach. Resturants and grocery store are just around the corner.

House was perfect does our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and space—we never felt cramped. Short walk to beach and quiet neighbors. We had coffee on the screen porch every morning. It was everything we were looking for. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay on Oak Island. The house was great and wonderfully located - just a quick walk to the beach. The owner was also incredibly communicative, and despite some out-of-their-control AC issues, did everything he could to make us comfortable, including personally bringing by a window unit when it looked like the fix might not happen during our stay. The home was well equipped, especially with beach stuff, and comfortable for 5 people. And we loved the game selection! Being able to play a family game each night was a highlight :)

An awesome find!!

We LOVED this house!! Beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with linens, books, games, movies and kitchen necessities..comfy, CLEAN beds/bedrooms..loved the Google Nest feature, the screened-in porch and the proximity to the beach was fabulous. Beautiful 3rd story views!! The check-in and out process was effortless too! We can’t wait to return!!

Peaceful

Even with two rambunctious boys with us we still enjoyed a calm and peaceful stay . Loved how close we were to beach access and the home came fully equipped with all kinds of beach toy , chairs , wagons anything that you could possibly need. We loved not being so close to the hustle and bustle this year while still being able to get on the golf cart and go get whatever we needed near by .
