Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are always
subject to availability and no conflict with upcoming guests.
- Please treat the wrap-around balcony, ocean front setting, furniture and decor
with care.
- ELECTRICITY USAGE: to encourage responsible electricity use, your daily rental
includes 25 kWh of electricity per day, which is very generous allowance for
normal usage. We kindly ask that you:
- turn off air conditioning, lights, and outdoor fans when you are not in the
unit.
- Any electricity used above the daily allowance will be charged $1 USD per
additional kWh. Thank you for helping us conserve energy while keeping cost
fair for everyone,
- Great care has been taken to furnish and equip the condo, your cooperation
ensures future guests enjoy the same pristine experience.
- Security & access (required by the Condominium Administration.
Bay View Grand Marina is Gated Community with 24 hour security, which helps
keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Condominium Rules & fees (Set by Condominium Administration)

These are standard requirements for all guests staying at Bay View Grand Marina:

- Guests registration at the front desk upon arrival.
- Bracelets: 400 pesos per person (required for access pools and amenities) and
also act as your "pass" to the BVG Marina property.
- QR codes are required for entry through the main security gate upon your
arrival. To prepare your QR codes, all information must be submitted prior to
arrival :
- copies of guests passports, home address, contact phone number and email
address. Once registered, the condominium will issue QR codes that allow entry
to the property. Thank you for sending this information in advance - it insure your
smooth and stress free arrival.
- Refundable security deposit collected at check-in for accidental and returned at check-out.
