Welcome to the Eastside on Malletts Bay! This tri-level townhouse will have everything you will need for an unforgettable vacation! Perfect for families and groups of friends, this home offers something for everyone. Splash in the lake with our provided water toys, soak up the sun on the beach, or relax by the firepit as the stars come out. Kids will love the game room in the basement, while adults can unwind in the comfortable living area.

The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have a ring doorbell located at the outside entrance.

Dock outside of unit is available for use. Please note it is shared with other unit on property.

Firewood is NOT provided.

Slice of paradise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. If we visit Burlington again over the summer, we would definately stay here. Wonderful views and we took advantage of the provided paddleboard, paddle boat and kayak which provided lots of fun. One of the best properties we have stayed at.

Great girls weekend

We really loved our stay here! Very easy drive into downtown Burlington. We were absolutely obsessed with the house and enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the view! Would definitely recommend to friends and would love to visit again in the future.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. Lots of room, clean, comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need. The sandy beach was very nice and perfect for anyone with little kids. All three decks gave you beautiful views of the lake and mountains and the sunsets were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this tental.

Extended Labor Day Weekend

We were in town to meet up with friends and family in the area to celebrate a family event. We made an extended long weekend of it and had a great trip/visit! The location of the house made it all easy. It was even more spacious than we expected. Great rental! Thank you.

Amazing Condo

The Condo has a great view and is very well equipped. Only one thing and it is not the fault of the owners of this superb condo. We used to come to the Lake about 25 years ago, like all lakes in North America, the amount of green and blue algea is overwhelming.

Gorgeous lakefront house

This house is absolutely beautiful, and right on the lake. The lake is a little shallow right there, but that makes it easy to access. There is a very nice beach, and paddleboard and kayak. It is an easy drive into Colchester and into Burlington. The house is just as advertised, and the property owner was amazingly accommodating with our last-minute change of plans. I would definitely recommend this spot.

A true retreat

We had a wonderful time at this rental property. We had 6 of us staying and it provided all of the space and necessities we needed for a fabulous work retreat. Close to Burlington and all that the area had offer. Grocery store (Shaws) was 10 minutes away. As a heads up, the coffee maker is a Keurig, so you will need cups if you plan to shop ahead. Also, consider a good set of sharp knives if you are someone that loves to cook. Otherwise the property did an amazing job of having everything else we needed in the kitchen. Paddleboards on the property were missing their center fins and the appropriate longer paddle. If you are planning to do that you may want to rent or bring your own. Also a fan or two if you are visiting during the hot days of summer and want to hear the lapping water on the beach, keep the windows open, and avoid using air conditioning. The owner was very responsive, nice, and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we head in this direction in the future. Thank you!
