The amenities are endless in this complex! As soon as you enter through the gate, you are in paradise. The private beach access is just a quick walk from the back patio of the unit. Also, right outside is a large green area with grills, benches and a beautiful common space. The ground level of the condo unit includes ample parking, an outdoor shower and a few beach chairs to bring to and from the beach!
When you enter the unit, you are greeted by the large open living, kitchen and dining floor plan. The first floor also includes a washer/dryer and access to a large balcony that overlooks the luscious green area. Make your way up to the second floor and two bedrooms await. The Master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with private bathroom and private balcony with a gulf peekaboo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds with a large shared bathroom.
