Welcome to our little vacation home! It is a 1047sqft 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, conveniently located on the 6th floor right across the parking garage walkover ( no need elevators). Roof top pool is 4 levels up. Short walking distance to the beach with the privet access.
Fully stock kitchen with Keurig k-cup and regular coffee machine, Instant Pot, pots and pans, baking sheets etc. High chair and baby crib.
Full Size Washer and Dryer. Smart TVs (living room and Master bedroom)
Onsite restaurants, ice-cream shop, tako bar and coffee shop. Pineapple Willy's is right across the street with great food, drinks and AMAZING views!
The views of the lake and Panama City Beach from your oversized balcony are amazing! Laketown Warf resort is situated in the heart of PCB, with tons of fun and exciting things to do within walking distance. Our beachside resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, a kids funscape pool, splash bar & grill, gulf view fitness center, & covered garage parking.

Enjoy the nightly fountain & light show, the market shops, along with the 52,000 sq.ft of lakefront boardwalk. Minutes of driving to the Zoo World, Museum, Upside down activity center, and tons of mini Golf courses. Walmart is just across the street.

Family Getaway

Our recent family vacation in Panama City, Florida was absolutely amazing! We rented a condo from Vrbo, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The condo was clean, modern, and updated, with fantastic amenities. Its proximity to the beach made it even more convenient. We had a fantastic time, and it was the perfect choice for our family getaway.

Anniversary get away

Very comfortable and clean property and quiet. The property is across from the beach and accessible to all the activities. And if you want to just chill and relax and enjoy the room you can in piece the unit is basically sound proof we will be returning in the future. And the host was great she is very accessible and informative to help with any thing we needed thanks for that

Perfect Place

I felt comfortable right away. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everything was there that I needed. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. So great location. I reached out to Lana with questions and received answers quickly. It could not have been a better experience.

Baseball tournament

The unit we stayed in was awesome had everything you needed, just had to park and walk right over to condo, super convenient due to lack of elevators, lot of days out on balcony and all you could smell is marijuana, pool areas need to be cleaned more often

Very clean

Very clean condo. Walking distance to everything. Our 9 year old son really enjoyed the 5 different pool options on the property. The beach was gorgeous but a little crowded. Our only complaint was the wait at most elevators on the property.

Lovely Condo

This condo is perfectly located in the heart of PCB. We were visiting for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect for driving to both baseball parks. Lana was incredible at responding to all questions we had about the space and giving tips and tricks on how to navigate the large condo building. Parking was steps away along with alternate elevators to help speed up time for departure to our games. The condo was very quiet at night for sleeping soundly and had all the amenities to make the stay less stressful for our family. On a personal note
 I left some items behind upon departure, one of which would have been very costly to replace. Lana and her cleaning crew were very honest and kept my items to ship back to me. We travel a lot and sometimes I make a mistake with my packing. This was the first time I had ever been successful in getting my personal items back from a stay. I’m incredibly grateful!

Gorgeous condo in a great location!

Beach access was easy and quick. Lots of things to do close by if it’s raining. The condo itself was great! Swing by Walmart across the street and bring your beach towels!
