This luxury waterfront villa has a spacious King suite with a private balcony, a full bathroom sits between it and the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen bed, and a Full over Full bunkbed. On the main level there is a Kitchen/dining room and 1/2 bath with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The basement (3rd bedroom) is a studio with a separate entrance and a small kitchen, full bathroom and a queen captain’s bed and sleeper sofa.

There is a private dock for your boat or fishing! It includes the use of beach chairs and cart, 2 kayaks, tennis, and Pickleball courts, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4-minute walk!

2 families with children, or up to 8 adults would fit best at this property for maximum privacy and

Walk out to a gorgeous deck for sunbathing or games. Behind the deck enjoy the water with a private dock to fish off, or Kayak in the bay. There is 1 Adult and 1 child kayak free for your use.

Parking is free, 2 cars max. Additional vehicles may be parked across the lot at the tennis courts during the day. For overnight parking please use the Perdido Key visitor center parking lot 3 streets down on Lafiette Reef rd.
Boat trailers are not permitted in parking lot, see below for trailer parking recommendation.

Boat Dock:

The private dock with 2 boat slips sits approximately 15ft to the left of the unit (the dock directly behind the porch belongs to Unit #2) there is an open water boat slip on the left side of the dock (bordering the left property line).

The slip can easily fit a 34ft vessel with room to spare.

Boat lift:
Capacity: 6000lbs
The right side of the dock has a boat lift, please DO NOT use the lift unless you are an experienced user. You are responsible for any damage to your boat, the dock or the lift caused by incorrect use of the lift.
