The Perdido Key Coves neighborhood has a deeded beach walkover to a quiet beach, which is part of Perdido Key State Park. There is no street parking, so the beach is practically private. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, granite countertops, beer/wine fridge, and all the cookware needed to craft homemade meals. There is a separate dining area and breakfast bar, perfect for hosting a family game night or a sit-down meal together. The comfy living area offers a Smart TV, for catching up on your favorite binge-worthy TV shows. The interior of the home is comfortably set up with a large primary and secondary bedroom and two full baths on the third floor.
