Découvrez la vie détendue en bord de mer dans notre condo lumineux, passionnant et bien aménagé 2BR / 2BA en bord de mer. Cette unité de coin sud-est offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis presque toutes les pièces. Lumineux et gai, ce condo au 2e étage a été entièrement redécoré pour refléter son emplacement en bord de mer.

En plus de la cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, vous apprécierez les meubles qui sont nouveaux, gais et accueillants - pas des «meubles d'hôtel» typiques. Élégamment décoré dans des couleurs pastel claires et lumineuses, ce condo décontracté de style Key West / Cape Cod / Beach comprend des meubles et des œuvres d'art qui ont été choisis pour refléter l'ambiance détendue de la plage locale.

Pendant votre séjour, vous profiterez de superbes vues directes sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger et la suite principale. Sirotez votre café du matin dans la suite principale (avec lit King), tout en regardant le lever du soleil. Si vous préférez l'air marin, prenez le petit-déjeuner (déjeuner ou dîner) sur votre grand balcon privé donnant sur la piscine étincelante et l'océan Atlantique.

La piscine en bord de mer pleine taille, accessible par clé, offre une intimité totale et est également chauffée pendant les mois les plus frais de l'année (lorsque les températures peuvent en fait chuter à 70 degrés. Brrrrr). Une promenade-passerelle mène de la piscine à droite sur la plage «sans voiture»; à quelques pas.

Location is Everything! Spent our time walking on beach and sitting on balcony. Our sightseeing was the ocean and birds. New remodeled kitchen was great. Shower had Wonderful water pressure.

Great stay

Condo is in a great location to shopping and restaurants. The parking is convenient, the pool area is just underneath the unit, and the beach was open and relaxing over a holiday weekend. The location of the unit on the 2nd floor, right next to the stairs is outstanding as it lets you out right next to the pool and beach access. We will definitely be back!

Simply amazing

This beautiful condo exceeded our expectations. While we were not there most of the day, having a nice, calm, relaxing place to return to was perfect after a long hot day. The view of the ocean was perfect and the bed was comfortable!! The room has all of the amenities you could need and is in a nice neighborhood. The owners were super responsive and kind as well! Will definitely be back!

Stay was great, could have used a coffee pot that had more than 5 cups.(4 adults, idrink that much coffee by myself in the morning. Slow cooker) Walked across the floor after getting out of the shower and my feet turned black.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful week at Ormond Beach. The location is fantastic. We could have spent the entire week on the balcony watching the waves, or walking the beach. The condo is very nice. Just right for 2-6 people. Great restaurants and stores close by. Easy parking, with a parking garage to keep your car out of the salt spray. Great elevator. Definitely intend to stay there again.

This is an older property that is very convenient and well maintained for its age. The owner was easy to communicate with and the documentation associated with our stay was excellent. The beach area for this property is beautiful with very few people. The pool was clean and it was nice to visit after a hot day in the waves. Everything is convenient to this property. Lots of good restaurants, gas stations, gyms, and supermarkets. Great view of the sunrise from a well placed 2nd floor balcony. Condo is well decorated and comfortable.

We are Midwesterners who have for 35 years spent 2 to 6 weeks every summer in the Ormond Beach area. We are both teachers, Susan is retired and I will retire in three years. We have two daughters and five grandchildren. My wife and I started vacationing here with her parents 40 years ago and now my grandchildren will make four generations vacationing in this area. We love the beach, attractions, shopping, local restaurants, and history of the area. For sometime we have contemplated buying a place in the area. This past summer we finally found a place we both fell in love with at first sight. .

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My wife has always loved the beach and sun. This unit when we stepped into brought all the colors of the beach and sun right into the unit. The furniture and the wall colors seemed to blend perfectly with the view of the beach through the balcony windows. I love to cook and I could see myself in the kitchen enjoying the view. Another thing was the closeness of the pool to the unit, with grandchildren who love to swim and enjoy the water this close proximity would allow us to keep a close I on what they are doing. Another thing I liked was the gated underground garage. We also liked the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The pool and beach are just a few steps away. I particularly enjoy evening on the balcony with a cocktail just listening to the surf, watching the sky, for falling stars and the moonlight off the water. We have found some fine local dining some very close and other a short drive away, depending on what our taste buds are screaming for. Having a full service grocery store across the street is a big plus, other services are available as well.
