Beautiful new condo on the beach located in a secure gated community. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Approximately 21 miles from the beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park, 19 miles from Jaco, and about 80 min from San Jose! Look for sloths, parrots, and lizards in the trees! Enjoy the sunset ocean views from the condo balcony!

There is a grocery store and numerous restaurants directly across the street from the condo community.

We offer 1 dedicated parking spot.

Beautiful beach vacation

Well appointed condo with excellent ocean views, pelicans flying by, iguanas sauntering around, lovely pools for swimming. Deck was perfect for lounging and keeping cool. Two full bathrooms! Loved the space, air conditioning kept us cool, comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.

Great condo overlooking the beach!!

This place was fabulous!! Carolyn, our host, was great and communicated with us well, and gave a list of suggested restaurants and activities. We chose an horseback tour on the beach at sunset! Beautiful!!! Everything was as listed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the tide come in and out, the sunsets were amazing! The condo had everything we needed and is just across the condo community is just across the road from a grocery store, which was super convenient! The beach was not at all crowded and the swimming was fantastic. We had so much fun playing in the waves. The sand is very soft (darker in color, but not quite as dark as in Jaco). The pools were wonderful as well! We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Excellent beach stay!

We had a fantastic time at Carol’s place! She was incredibly helpful and even told us about a private baby sea turtle release that was a highlight of our trip! We used the condo as a base to explore Manuel Antonio and enjoyed finding tons of sand dollars at Bejuco (don’t worry, we left them in the ocean)! We had a great time and the condo was perfect.

Un lugar lindisimo

El lugar es muy bonito, con vista al mar, frente al mar, el condominio esra super bien equipado la cocina con todo, el tele funciona perfecto, la piscina riquisima. Hay que tener cuidado con el mar es muy picado, pero la playa es muy bonita sin piedras. Todo de este lugar me gustĂł y en el centro comercial al frente hay supermercado y comida muy rica.

Very nice location

The location was very nice, we had a great time. The kitchen was fully functional and the view from the balcony could not have been better. The location felt very safe, we would recommend!

The perfect beachy condo

We were so pleased with this condo and the host, Carol. Despite being a Packer fan, that seems to be her only flaw :) The condo is an end unit, in a smaller complex, and is the quietest condo we’ve ever been in. She assured me they exterminate for bugs and she was right - no bug problems to report! The beach location and views are priceless. Bejuco as a town is quaint and hot - we had 0 bad meals out, and ventured up to Hermosa for our last meal - another gem! If you’d like a downfall (because no place is perfect) we’d say the furniture is a little firm for our liking, but it fulfilled our needs for the time there! I hate to even complain about that because everything else was superb. She should charge more, in my opinion, but we’re glad this was affordable and everything we needed it to be. Thanks, Carol!

Quite and away from it all..

Great location, quite and in the middle of a few places to go. If you want nice, quite and close to necessities then this is the place to be..

A great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It is advertised. No problems, Carol was great to work with. Easy access to an uncrowded beach and great swimming pools If you have a chance, stop at Don Toro Beach restaurant. There is also a MaxiPali in Perrita, about 8 km away
