Resort Studio on Lagoon with Balcony, Pool, Sauna, Dock, Etc - 1 Block to Beach!
AGE REQUIREMENT: 25+ ALL OCCUPANTS (except child w/parents)
MAX OCCUPANCY: 3 total, per fire code

Large furnished studio condo within St. Thomas Square Resort. The resort has extensive amenities & is in a great location on the main strip. It has a large closet, kitchen, TV, Roku, AC, WiFi & balcony. The resort is on the bay lagoon & about a block from the closest public beach access point. It's close to restaurants, nightlife, activities, Walmart, etc.
***NOTE: The washer & dryer are currently out of order until the new one comes in next month. Also, a guest stained the bathroom vanity countertop and scratched the tub finish. It's a minor eye sore until we can get it refinished next month. Nightly rates have been adjusted accordingly.
BOOKING
-All occupants need to be registered as authorized guests, so contact information, guest names and ages will need to be provided after booking, before check in.
-Children of all ages count towards the max. occupancy of 3. All occupants must be 25+, with the exception of a parent(s) with a child(ren).
UNIT
-3rd floor studio condo with a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and balcony facing the ocean (the view is obstructed)
-Queen memory foam bed and twin pillow top bed, night stands, dresser, sitting chair, TV, Roku, WiFi, kitchen stocked with basic kitchenware, toaster, sink, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceiling fan, dining table, large walk-in closet, hangers, iron, small ironing board, small fan, extra blanket, extra pillow, large bathroom with a full shower/tub, toilet, mirror and double sink
-No dishwasher, so have to hand wash any kitchenware you use
PROVIDED
-1 hand soap, 1 kitchen towel, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 small shampoo to get you through your first night
-1 basic bath towel and 1 wash cloth per guest
-1 basic queen sheet set, 2 pillows and 1 queen blanket on the main bed
-1 twin sheet set, 1 pillow and 1 twin blanket on the second bed
***No linen exchange service or daily housekeeping
***Please do not use our bath towels as beach/pool towels
PARKING FEES
-Up to 2 vehicles total allowed. Pricing below is per vehicle.
-Signs are posted in the parking lot with a QR code / website to visit to purchase your digital parking pass
-Contact me ASAP if you have any issues obtaining your parking pass
-Any vehicles without a digital parking pass are subject to tow by the condo association without warning
*Vehicle parking = $20 + processing fee (currently $3.33)
*Motorcycle parking = $10 + processing fee (currently $1.85)
*Boat parking (1 allowed) = $250 + processing fee (currently $37.62)
RESORT
-Directly on the Lagoon and has a private dock for fishing and docking a boat (first come, first serve, and there is a docking fee and boat registration process)
-1 block from the beach across the street
-Pool (not heated), clubhouse, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 pickle ball court, shuffleboard, grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and secure gated parking lot
-Elevator and stairs
-Luggage cart available (first come, first serve)
-On-site Mexican restaurant, snack shop, winery, convenience store, salon, and spa ($)
-Across the street from the famous Ms. Newby's bar, and within one block of restaurants, ice cream, gas, convenience stores, go-carts, rides, attractions and more. Walmart is approximately 1 mile away.
-Great location, on the Thomas Drive strip
ADMIN. ITEMS
-Check in is 4pm Central. Check out is 10am. Unauthorized access outside these times is trespassing, illegal and prosecutable.
-The resort has security cameras in the general areas
-Entrance protected by Ring
-Leave the unit like you found it. Let me know of any missing or damaged items PRIOR to check out so I can prepare for the next guest.
-No smoking in the unit (smoking allowed on the balcony with the door closed)
-No pets (service animals allowed per the ADA, but no ESA's)
-No parties. Respect the property and neighbors.

My parents owned a condo in PCB, so I grew up vacationing in the area. I always dreamed of having my own vacation home in PCB, and I was able to make that dream a reality. Then, after being affected by Hurricane Michael, I moved to the area and have fallen even more in love it. PCB is very special to me since I have so many memories here, and I'm so happy to share my vacation home with others so they can create memories here as well.

The location is great. The resort has several amenities. The unit is newly updated and is much more comfortable than a hotel room, plus it has a kitchen!
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
There's a great Mexican Restaurant downstairs. About half the neighbors are full-time residents and very friendly, including my uncle! Other neighboring units are vacation rentals as well. I personally manage my unit, so it's much more personal than staying at a hotel. The balcony is great for people watching! There's a zoo, park, marina, and so much more nearby. The beach is right across the street. The resort has a dock located across the parking lot, which provides great variety for your trip, fishing and great sunsets!
