It was a great stay overall. Very homey and cute. If your stay is more than 3 days, I recommend renting a car and grabbing necessities like toilet paper, water, etc. A plus is that you can hear the wonder coquis at night!!

Our stay was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had good ac and lighting which is connected to backup generators just in case of a power outage. Good kitchen space for meal planning. Only used the stovetop. There's a housekeeper next door if we needed anything. Somethings we noticed were that the blowdryer was the brush kind and it had hair in it from previous user. Maybe someone forgot it there. But it would be nice to have a regular nozzle blowdryer. Overall, we were satisfied.

Fantastic

This unit was wonderful! The hostess was truly kind and was able to speak in English as well as Spanish. The AC in the main bedroom worked so so well. The sounds of the “Coqui” out back was so relaxing and we enjoyed falling asleep to the sound. We felt safe and secure having a certain way to make entry into the property as well as our room! The room was gorgeous. There were so many accents and decor that it felt like home! Will most definitely return!

Disappointed

The area that you are staying in does not feel safe with bars over everything. Trying to check in was a joke. We made several attempts to contact the owner to clarify the instructions and did not get a return call or text or message on the phone. Fortunately, someone was renting the unit next to us and let us in to the common area so we could get to our apartment. The palace was clean, but very sparse on cooking utensils. The shower was COLD. No instructions on how to use the AC but we eventually found the controller on the wall in the hall and figured it out. We will NOT be back

it was my first time ever using verbo and it was awesome. the property manager was awesome she took care of us all thru our stay. i will definitely stay here again no doubt about that.

This place is is very nice and clean. The steamer didnt work, and half way during our stay the hot water shut off but it wasnt unbearable. The cleaning lady is exceptional, she helped us out when we arrived. Overall our stay was great.

Christmas Trip

We were present very briefly each day as we concentrated staying with family but when we were there it was pleasant. Prompt communication with host and staff. Could use more detailed instructions with door entries to minimize confusion.Thank you!

Very nice

The place is small and nice is good for 2 o 3 persons Is very clean the bedrooms and bathroom the only issue is about the water is not to much water in the shower if the 2 floor is shower you lose water . The AC is work fantastic, outdoor is no look good but is not noise is always parking available is nice I’m recommend

Great stay!

Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place!

Satisfied

It was a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The street parking was simple and always a spot. Around the corner was a bakery open 24 hrs that served breakfast, sandwiches, pastries, and local food. The location was satisfactory as you can get any typical tourist area within 20-45 mins. If you travel to other parts of island, maybe an hour to hour and a half. Overall, truly satisfied. I don't remember her name, however, the lady that provided extra towels and was our point of contact while there, was absolutely pleasant and provided phenomenal customer service. As a native of island, she definitely made me feel at home.

Quite and affordable

The house is located 20 minutes away from the airport of San Juan. Very quiet neighbourhood apartment was clean and the ACs were working no problem checking in as well as leaving. I would stay there again.

Rente este departamento mi no pude viajar por motivo mi esposo se puso mala ya cuando íbamos a despegar pero la ambulancia se la llevó se emergencia y el lugar no quiso no renbolsar tampoco me quiso dar un crédito haci que mi gente cuando vaya a rentar renten un hotel ya que hay mås segurida y si pasa cualquier cosa le reembolsan su dinero no al air bb
