Step into comfort and style in this spacious boho-inspired 3BR retreat—designed for travelers who crave charm, walkability, and instant access to San Juan’s best. You’ll find plush mattresses, smart TVs in every room, fast Wi-Fi, strong AC, and a 65” screen in the cozy living area. You’ll also have access to a large covered terrace with ambient string lights—a breezy spot to unwind or dry off after the beach. Great for families, couples, and remote workers. Walk everywhere—Condado, T-Mobile, and more.

Guests have full private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment—this is your space to relax, work, or explore from. You’ll enter through a gated residential entrance with a key obtained through a lock box, go into the building with a smart lock and head up the spiral stairs. The apartment is located on a quiet terrace walkway that’s rarely used by others, offering an extra sense of peace and privacy. Street parking is usually very easy to find nearby.


The apartment is on a quiet residential street near a commercial corner—very central but can have light city sounds. Parking is street-only and typically easy to find. Entry is through a gated walkway/terrace shared with one quiet upstairs resident. The unit itself is located on the third floor, accessed via a spiral staircase.

The host was very responsive. He was accommodating with our luggage request. A good location close to everything. Maybe not an ideal neighborhood for late night activities without a car or uber. Not recommended to walk around at night. We were fine with that, we drove everywhere.

Property was even better than the pictures. Host communications and instructions were excellent. Felt very secure and safe at the property and in the neighborhood . Great coffee shop/cafe at street level - very friendly and good food. We walked a few blocks to a street busy with restaurants and grocery store, etc. Really haven’t had a better host experience and have stayed at many places domestically and internationally. Family of 4, all adults. Lastly, the apartment is on the third floor, 2 flights of stairs. While noted as a spiral staircase, I’d point out it is an internal staircase, wide and well lit. We had lots of luggage and found it easy to navigate.

The property was awesome; located close to everything most of our ubers were less than five dollars. Clinton our property manager was amazing and very responsive when we had questions.Check in was easy although we did have a bit of difficulty, but that was our own fault because we didn’t read all the instructions fully.The A/C in all the rooms is specially awesome after being out all day in the heat.We will be definitely coming back!!!For other travelers specially older ones just have in mind this is a unit/apt on a third floor so you do have to climb stairs. However, with this being said we didn’t have any problems with this.Again can’t thank enough our host he was wonderful and made our stay a breeze.

Living quarters: comfortable bed & linen very clean. Equipped with everything adverstised. Parking: Street parking but the entire week we stayed, we never had a problem finding a park across the street from the property. The neighborhoid seemed pretty safe. Stores: Walmart is a 6 minute drive and Walgreens and a .99 store (though everything wasn't .99) were right across the street from Walmart. The .99 offered a variety of items including coloring books for the little ones, neck pillows for 6.99, and meduim sized beach bags beach bags.Food: (Miramar) Make a right out the property and at the corner you'll find all types of cuisin. Make a left & at the corner you'll find a friendly quaint local restaurant for breakdast/lunch. The food is delicious and the service is superb. A food truck park ( several food trucks w/ different food, bar, a live dj is close by.Beaches: The closest beach is Condado Beach which is a a 10 minute drive away. Not my fave because there aren't many shaded spots but still beautiful. You'll find local restaurants as well. Parking was very affordable. 30 minutes away from the property is the beach in Arecibo. My absolute fave. There is a natural wave that if you stand by a rock, you'll get a wave pool in the ocean! Much more space. Lots of shade & sun.Activities: I had the kids (12 & 14) so I wanted the trip to be educational too. About 20 min away is a National site, a fortress. Only 10 for 16yrs. Under is free.

Clinton was/is the best! He was very attentive right from the jump off after I had booked or vacation accommodations the apartment isCentral to all that we needed; beaches, supermarket, restaurants etc. and if I had any questions, Clinton was right there ready to guide us in the right direction. The positive energy was palpable and we felt totally relaxed during our stay. The wheels are already turning for my next visit. This is by far the most welcoming host we’ve had. We needed a quick overnight stay before our cruise. This location was perfect and priced wonderfully. The building is safe and secure. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Each room has a mini split that kept us comfortable. The linens and towels provided were nice and soft. The host is quick to respond and was very accommodating. If we sail out of San Juan again we will definitely stay at this property again.
