The view and location were amazing! We loved sitting in the patio in the mornings and evenings and the proximity to the beach was ideal especially with two small children who needed naps mid-day. The AC and ceiling fans worked very well which is always nice when spending all day outside at the beach!A few downfalls… there were ants all over the inside and outside of the house. The dishwasher was not working and smelled horrible. Also, make sure you bring things like foil and extra trash bags because these are not provided.Loved the location but for the price was hoping for a little bit better of an experience.

Great house with an amazing view of the beach from inside or on the deck. It's a very short walk and you're relaxing on the beach.Property was exactly as described. The washer/dryer combo can only do small loads and it takes a long time. However, it does get things clean. Great stay!

My Mom, Sister and I all had a very enjoyable time at this house. The views, location and comfort was amazing. We had zero issues. The property manager texted each day to check in and see if we had any needs. The location was quiet and relaxing. The stairs were easily maneuverable by my almost 80 year old mom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Our overall experience was good.PROS:The BEACH & OCEAN VIEW! Easy beach access. That was why we picked this house! You really can’t beat that if that is your main “want” for a house.The communication with the host was great. They were very quick to respond to us. Fairly easy check in process.There’s an outdoor shower downstairs to rinse the sand off-very convenient!The main living room had a large tv & electronic fireplace which was nice. The aesthetic of the house was beachy w/cool decor. 2 liv rooms were nice!AC worked greatThere were 2 tables in the front room to eat w/an ocean view & that was a treat.CONS: We dealt w/ants the whole time. Found some in the master bed. The master bthrm was the main problem area & it was an issue. We also spotted 2 huge water bugs in the kitchen 1 night. I would recommend a pest control treatment.fridge is so small!The cooking supplies in the kitchen were very used & worn out and it would’ve been helpful to have some instructions on the appliances.The grill was left extremely dirty & we had to clean it before use. Inconvenient.We wish there was more lighting throughout the home for the evenings. Just for personal preference, there were not a lot of places to hang clothes/towels. Bring hooks!you will need to bring your own supplies as they only provide enough for 24hrs, such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.*Overall, we enjoyed our stay in proximity to the beach and the majority of the interior of the house.
