This is for a private stay of 1 Private Side of a 2 Unit Duplex on Blackwater River.

This cozy duplex includes a private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a full kitchen located on a Quiet Basin directly on the Blackwater River. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, kayaking, & fishing dock. Offers Peaceful Surroundings & a comfortable stay in a walkable neighborhood. Convenient to Downtown Milton by car or boat, it's close to bike trails & only 30 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, or Downtown Pensacola.

Each side has a private driveway and separate entrance with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 Full-Size Beds.

Gather inside in the comfortable Living room, Kitchen Island, or outside around the Outdoor Fire Pit.

Great Location, Convenient to I-10, Shopping, Dining and Beaches. Walkable Neighborhood. Fantastic Scenery and Peaceful Neighborhood.


Shared spaces include the front yard, back yard, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. Kayaks, fishing gear, and hammock are shared items.

ONE Small, Friendly Dog MAY be allowed if $ 25 Pet Fee is Paid Prior to Check-In. Owners must Keep Pet OFF the Furniture while Inside, ON a Leash While Outside and Clean up after Pets Inside and OUT.

What a great getaway place! My stay was everything i could ask for - clean, comfortable, everything i needed in the kitchen and bathroom provided, and an incredibly peaceful environment. Our host was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place

Nice quiet place on the river, stayed here for 8 nights and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. Kim was very helpful I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

A Very Beautifully Nice Getaway!

We were visiting for my grandson's wedding at a nearby venue. My son's home was also only 2.5 miles away. This place had ample space for my husband and I which was well-decorated, extremely clean, and comfortable. Loved sitting out in the evening and admiring the river and listening to all of the river wildlife. Great Stay!

Quiet get-away

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while in town to visit our son. Peaceful and clean. Owners thought of everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Kim is great - very concerned about our needs

We stayed at Fins to the Right to be close to family. The place was clean and had a nice view of the river - because of family plans and the weather we weren’t able to use the kayaks and river access, but enjoyed the location and Kim’s hospitality.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect for our training camp at Weber's Skate World. Property was well kept, beautiful backyard, home was clean. Nice attention to detail with the basket of welcome snacks. Would stay again.

the duplex was wonderful, and very comfortable for our stay. even though we had people next door we never heard them. I meant to write in your book but we left early, not as early as we wanted we overslept. Next time we make a booking we need a place that allows pets, I think we both grieved having to leave them at home, they always travel with us. Thanks for the Hospitality.

The backyard view is beautiful, especially in the mornings. Good description of the place. They were great hosts and very friendly. There was a problem with the living room tv and they can right over to solve the issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quick getaway to Milton

Property was clean and quiet with direct access to an offshoot of the Blackwater river. We were able to kayak right out of the property. It was also conveniently located to Blackwater State park and State Forest. Kim was great....super helpful and responsive.

The duplex is located on the Blackwater River, it was very peaceful and quiet. The property was clean and well-kept. Kim, the manager, was helpful with recommendations of restaurants. We would have enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the river, but the weather would not cooperate. We would stay there again if we are back in Milton.

Great VRBO in picturesque setting..

A simply lovely little vrbo in a perfect Florida setting. We were in town to visit family but wanted our own place and this was perfect! We never had the time to hang out at the firepit or kayak in the lake, but next time for sure! The property was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, the hosts were very communicative and the decor was perfect for the "Old Florida" setting. If in Milton again for the same family-visit, I won't even look at any others, I'll just try to book this property again. -Kevin Scott, West Palm Beach..

The home was so clean. Smelled wonderful. Had everything we needed. So grateful for the bath so as i had forgotten mine. Nice neighborhood to walk my dog. Didn't know it was a duplex but thankful we had awesome neighbors. We give it a 10 out of 10

Great location, comfortable, but a work in progress

The Milton location was convenient to Blackwater and the beaches, and the view was pretty. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable, but one of my children said that the other mattresses were too firm. We were pretty busy and didn't spend much time at the house, so we worked around the things that weren't up to our high standards. For example, the floors, dishes, ceiling fans, and washer weren't really clean, the bathroom towel rack kept falling off, the 2nd bedroom overhead light blinked, there was no great place to launch kayaks, the kitchen wasn't fully stocked for cooking and serving, and there were no screen doors or porches to keep bugs out. The house was recently renovated, and it is apparent that significant work has been done. However, there are many items in the house that are not new. The place is comfortable, and a good value for the money. It wasn't as well-appointed or updated as I had hoped, but we slept well and had a (mostly) pleasant stay.

Cozy Comfort

The place was the right size for my family of four. It offer a varies of outdoors activities we could have done. Unfortunately, our stay the weather did not allowed us to make use of the fire pit, fishing, and kayaking. Kim was on point when we have any issues.
