Cozy, Clean, Renovated and only 30 mins to the beach and 4 minutes to Blackwater River! Step inside this charming 3 bed, 2 bath and notice the attention to detail and cleanliness. We have recently updated the entire home, ensuring that it is fresh, modern, and cozy for our guests. Come lounge in the living room or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a kingsize bed with his and her closets. Room 2 offers a queen bed, and room 3 has two twin beds.

Clean and quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay! House was clean, AC was cold, street was quiet. This was my first Airbnb rental, and the owners answered all my questions in timely fashion. We will be back when we visit Milton again!

Great property. Home was just as advertised. Clean. Quiet neighborhood near the high school. We were able to listen to the high school band practice but it was not loud at all.

Perfect location to stay near family that lives in Milton. Just a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery options. The home was well decorated and furnished, very clean and stocked with everything you need. The host was very prompt in answering any questions I had and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely book again!

The house was very clean. The description was as advertised. You can comfortably sleep 4 people in the house. Oh, did i mention it was very CLEAN.

Peaceful clean didn’t see to much of the neighbors

There for work so can’t say to much about what there was to do around town worked on the air base it was very close to the main gate didn’t have to drive very farThank you and Merry Christmas hope this place will be available 1st of January

Perfect!

We booked this house last minute for a week to be close to our daughter. The house was so cute and well decorated! The beds and furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed (except a toaster!) and it was conveniently located to stores, restaurants and coffee. There’s even a yummy bakery around the corner! The owners were super responsive and accommodating (they let us check in early, which was a huge help!). Overall, this was a great house and we plan on staying again in the future!

The hidden Gem

This location in Milton was a very good find and surprise. As I have formally lived in the area for two years and spend at least 1-2 months a year with our older kids. The owners own a cabinet shop and have construction experience. The house was newly remodeled, and well decorated. As a former US, Air Force SERE Servicemen, I like the country and don’t usually stay neighborhoods. This neighborhood was quiet and I didn’t get woken up. And I’m a very light sleeper! The owners are consistently trying to find new ways to add amenities and update the property.

Okay house, issues with smell

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable.Unfortunately, the house was sprayed with a large amount of the most cloying air freshener. I am not generally sensitive to odors, but I had a headache whenever we were in the house. I use a breathing machine and had to clean the entire machine with alcohol and vinegar when I got home to get the smell out.Lastly, in a house I was expecting an ironing board and an iron. We were there for a wedding and I had planned to press the wrinkles out of my dress. Alas, there was no iron and no board.

Host let us know early check in was available. Home was clean and ready for us. Small glitch with key code as was not changed from previous day but was fixed by the afternoon. Beds in master and second bedroom slept very comfy. Shower was nice and hot. We just mostly used the home to sleep and get ready for next day We did not use kitchen but seemed to have several things you would need if cooking. Neighbor was quiet while we were there seemed to just be mostly families. I would stay here again if I needed another trip to Milton!

10 thru 27 May Stay

My wife and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.Communication with the host was easy, and all information passed to us was accurate, and timely.The house is in fantastic shape, as are all the appliances and furniture. Everything worked properly and we had no issues.Everything was clean and there were no signs of any insects, which can be found in this area.It is obvious the owners take pride in keeping this property up to date, clean, and ready for whomever will be staying here.The location is handy, a Publix not too far away for major grocery needs, smaller markets are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat within easy driving distance.It is also a quiet location. Rarely heard any vehicle noise, barking pets, or things of this nature.We have no regrets about staying here and if we are in the area again, which we will be, this will be the first property we will be looking at.Thank you for such a wonderful stay. It could not have been any better.
