Welcome to paradise! Large fenced waterfront property with a boat dock. Bring your boat and tie up! Boat ramp at the end of the street. From the dock you can see dolphins, heron, pelicans, and skimmers. Full wrap around porch, with large screened in porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and take in the breathtaking views. Close to beaches, downtown Pensacola, and all of the natural wonders of NW FL.
- 25 min to downtown Pensacola
- 30 min to Navarre Beach
- 35 min to Pensacola Beach. Both homeowners on either side of the property have dogs. If you’re bringing your pets, please ensure they are friendly.

Truly one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic - highly recommend this as a getaway.

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Possibly the cleanest rental we have ever had. The fishing from the dock was great with live bait. Super quiet safe street.

Staying here helped us have a wonderful time. It was easy to access/drive to in the day or night. Secluded enough to be away from everyone. Able to sit on the porch with your morning coffee and listed to the birds and watch the water. House was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and worry free. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked the Blackwater Bay Bungalow as the home base for our family trip to the Pensacola area and it was pure perfection. Being able to see brilliant sunrises and glorious sunsets from the same vantage point on the property was absolutely incredible. Book the Bungalow for a fantastic experience!

Great location to explore Yellow River and East River. Boat dock was very convenient for early morning and last evening cruses. Boat ramp on Mae Lane is just down the street and very convenient. Spacious house with very nice screened in porch facing Wards Basin. Very relaxing vacation.

Great way to relax

My wife and I and our dog Hazel really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and spacious. The accommodations were luxurious, and the back porch was simply amazing. Highly recommend you stay in here.

Great weekend at amazing house

We came in town for a wedding and my husband, two kids, and parents stayed here for 5 days. The views are incredible, the amenities make you feel like you are at a fancy resort, and the host is so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a fabulous vacation.

This home and location is top notch! Probably the cleaniest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our host was amazing... the home and location is like being in paradise. It was a true blessing to be able to bring our fur babies with us... great location.. 35 mins from beaches and easy access! Will definitely visit again!

Peaceful relaxing fun

Our family enjoyed the ease of launching our boat two doors down & being able to come and go fishing and just riding around. The home views were/ are beautiful. The area is quiet and we were able to see lots of wildlife- dolphins, egrets, blue crabs, needle nose fish, just to name a few….We enjoyed drinking coffee on the screened porch in the morning & listening to the waves at night.

Peaceful, quiet and gorgeous

This is a well appointed rental that comes with an amazing view of the bay. I was lucky to wake up really early one morning and watch as the sky and the water lit up. The rental was very clean, with modern bathrooms (and a bidet, tres chic!) and a kitchen with just about all the necessities covered. Close enough to a grocery stores and restaurants but far enough away from all that to be quiet and peaceful. The screened in porch is wonderful to spend time on.Communication was excellent, and Steven was great to work with. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.
