Perfect Getaway for Family, Fun, and Relaxation

Our family had a fantastic stay! We originally came to the area for a beach soccer tournament, but ended up enjoying so much more thanks to the relaxing atmosphere. Bringing our own boat was a huge plus. We spent quality time on the water, fishing and even spotting dolphins in the bay near the canal. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We truly hope to return in the future!

When we got to the property, the dryer was full of towels, dishwasher full of dishes, toys on floor by a torn kids tent, kyacks dirty in the yard and deck, fishing poles, vests, toys, golf clubs...left laying around yard and deck. Ceiling in livingroom sagging, blinds in kitchen and dinning room tore up, deck rotting to the point, the steps were dangerous. The one side of the house we stayed in had alot of deferred maintenance and the owner has the gull to try to charge me for her ceiling falling down. She had notes everywhere. You cant pour milk down kitchen drain or she will charge a 280 fine....i would not recomend this place. How many people does she charge for maintenance issues. She had note for pet owners to vacume up all the pet hair but the vacume was missing a wheel. I believe owner is opportunist/scammer.

This response is because I fined them for climbing on the roof, causing damage and damaging sheets dirty muddy dog prints and leaving dog hair everywhere after I made an exception for large dogs to be allowed on the property.

This house was perfect for our week in Milton for a sporting event. It was clean, functional, and quiet. Everything we needed for our athletes. We plan on staying here again in the near future.

Great, safe, quiet location. Easy process. Great space! Our teen boys loved kayaking and fishing right out of our back door. Owners were very responsive and helpful! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Living room furniture very uncomfortable, showers didn’t work properly, remotes didn’t work for bedrooms… very clean but needs a lot of maintenance. A/c didn’t seem very efficient.

One remote was not functioning. The showers work fine and the ac. This is the first complaint I’ve had about the furniture not being comfortable.Im Not going to be held hostage by the threat of a bad review for a partial refund. Can’t please them all!

Nice Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay for our trip. It was clean and the AC worked well. Never got the chance to fish but wish we could’ve. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there was almost no traffic.

Great find!

We found the property to be extremely clean and stocked with kitchen ware, linens and outdoor equipment. The outdoor area was lovely, though our stay was cold, so we did not use it or the equipment. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to access for travel in various directions. We hope to stay again as we are building in the area over the next year.

This property was perfect for us. We were able to dock our boat in the backyard and fish each morning and afternoon. We found a nice trout hole to fish and had a BLAST! The landing is right around the corner and is very nice. Everything we needed was in the home and garage. It's a great place to take the family for vacation, especially if you want to bring a boat. BONUS...the neighbors are very nice!!

Such a GREAT find! The house was spotless and everything we needed provided. Close to everything. So relaxing just sitting on the deck watching the water. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend!

great location

We wanted to be close to our daughter and this location was 8 minutes from her house. Getting the key from the lockbox was a little difficult and the back flooded with rain so we had to take luggage out through the garage. Could stand some bedside table lamps. House was clean and lots of room if you needed it for family.

Would rent this property again!

Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks or fish from the dock. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My only issue was seeing some of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen in the bedroom. Not the fault of the property owners, I understand these things happen. Even with that, I would definitely rent this property again!

The home was beautiful and fully equipped. Right on a boat launch. My stay was short and weather was bad so wasn't able to fully enjoy it all. There was access to some streaming movie channels but if you brought your own the Wi-Fi was inadequate. Needed to do some work online and internet access was limited. Even hotspot was unavailable. The house was great. Awesome kitchen. Not enough hot water to complete 2 showers. Other than cold showers a relaxing place to hang out.

We are Krystal and Jake Stone. We are parents of three living children and one forever 17 yr old son. We have always loved to travel. We have spent years staying in vacation rentals. After awhile we thought maybe we should become hosts at one of our favorite places and include things that we really appreciate when we travel. So we did! Jake is an avid fisherman and we all love the beach. So In the Pensacola area we have the most beautiful beaches and greatest fishing a kayaking on the planet! One thing that appeals to us about vacation rentals is that it is much more Economical for us to stay in a home where we can prepare healthy meals for our large family versus staying at a hotel and eating out every meal. We also appreciate the homey vibe in the different places we have stayed. We truly hope you have the best experience staying at our home. Relax, rest and have fun!!!

This home is so relaxing and peaceful. It is in a quiet neighborhood right on a canal leading to Escambia bay. It is so fun to kayak a short distance out into the bay and enjoy the beautiful weather and nature. We love to sit on the dock and catch fish right in our backyard. Guests can dock their boat and head out into the bay and gulf of Mexico. Its the perfect place to get away and unwind. Its about 25 min with traffic to the beach. Provided is Plenty of beach gear to take along with you. White sugar sand and aqua water. Most beautiful beaches in the country are a short distance away. This is a little slice of heaven.
