Your home away from home on west end of OIB! Charming, clean, 3bed/2bath house in a fabulous location in desirable Island Park! Get the best of all worlds – easy access to the beach, Jinks Creek, and the pool! Only a 3-4 minute walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with easy pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with abundant natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds. Sofa bed & air mattress available if needed. No need to haul bedding, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a large screen smart TV and the most comfy mattress for a good night's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfy mattress and a smart TV. The living room has an adjustable large screen smart TV. Enjoy showering al fresco in the spacious outdoor shower. Grill, beach chairs, beach cart and paddleboard available for your use. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the ocean breezes. Automatic cozy string lights illuminate the outdoor area for enjoyment after the sun sets.

A wonderful place to stay!

This home is lovely. So close to the beach and pool, and there are many restaurants to choose from one to two miles away. The Ocean Isle Beach vibe is wonderful for couples and families alike. The home was clean and well organized, great for those who love to cook and eat in. The deck is wonderful for relaxing, taking in the sights and sounds of this peaceful, soothing beach community. A real home away from home!

Relaxing time with a group of teens

The house is so organized and well maintained. It’s a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed great sunsets over the intercoastal. The house is right across the street from the pool and on a short dead end street so there was no traffic.

Extended weekend in off season

Home was excellent. Location was great near the south end of Ocean Isle beach. Off season at the beach was great as we felt like we had the island to ourself. Communication from the hosts was great start to finish. Excellent VRBO!

Perfect in Every Way

While home used to be Buffalo (NY), Michigan, and Colorado at different times in our lives, we are happy to call Greensboro, NC home for the last 16 years. Jonathan works in import/export compliance for a company, and Christina is an RN who also homeschools our youngest. It was a dream come true for us to have a house in Ocean Isle Beach, one of our favorite places to be. While NC has many beautiful beaches, there is something special about OIB, and we are so happy to share it with others. Whether you are looking to relax, have adventure, or just make some great memories with friends or family, we feel OIB is the perfect place. We wanted to create a place for our guests to have a welcoming, clean, organized vacation home with everything you might possibly need. We truly have tried to think of everything so that it makes packing up for a beach vacation as simple as possible -- just pack your clothes and toiletries and go!

Located between the beach and Jinks Creek, Island Park is such a cute, quaint neighborhood that offers peaceful, beautiful views from several vantage points. To have two community pools to choose from (1 directly across the little street from our house), 2 community docks, and cute little streets off the main road that are great for walking, bike riding, scooters, and golf carts, it's just an ideal place to be. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained and provides the idyllic setting of palm trees that lets you know you are in vacation mode. Several access points to the beach are all in close proximity to this adorable neighborhood.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Located on a corner lot of one of the little cul-de-sacs in Island Park, this house stands out. We have heard from many frequent visitors and full-time residents alike that our house is in the perfect spot. From the deck, you can see Jinks Creek and even have a glimpse of the ocean. One of the perks of this house is that a community pool is directly across the little street. If you wish to take a peak at your family members at the pool, or call them in for lunch, it's perfect. Beach access is only a 3-4 minute walk in either direction. Because our closest Island Park beach access is the western-most beach access on the island, it's such an easy beach walk to the quiet end of the island at low tide where you'll see amazing 365 degree views -- the best tide pools, the inlet, the ocean, and the intracoastal. In the evening, the house has automatic string lights and landscape lighting provide a warm glow on the deck and outdoor area for a cozy ambience. The availability of a 2022 6-seater lifted golf cart for guests to rent (for an additional fee) is very convenient -- no waiting for delivery of a golf cart, and the owners are always available for any questions or concerns, should the need arise. The owners have an outdoor bin full of beach toys, a cornhole set, a Tiki toss game, a paddle board, many beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, and a beach cart available for use -- no need to drag it all from home.
