Barrio Centro is in Pima County and is one of the best places to live in Arizona. Living in Barrio Centro offers residents a sparse suburban feel, and most residents own their homes. In Barrio Centro, there are a lot of parks. This is a typical Tucson residential neighborhood. Very central.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

CAMERAS: This property has two exterior cameras for general guest safety. One is at the front door to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas, and there is also one in the backyard. They are motion detector cameras and are on 24/7. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)

Great Central Location

The house was immaculate and very comfortable with plenty of space inside and out. The backyard was big and backs to a park, making it quiet and private. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Kids loved it!

Everything we needed! Loved the big beds and quality bedding, covered parking, two bathrooms, kitchen with many appliances and amenities, and a big back yard with fire pit and easy access to a great little park for kids of all ages. Felt safe in the neighborhood. As with anywhere in America, there are barking dogs across the street. Chain lock Gate took some getting used to, but again added to the sense of security. Close to a Dollar store and Food market, and a Walmart only a couple miles away. Easy access to Aviation Parkway which gets to the Air Force base quickly. Very friendly, responsive, and attentive hosts, thanks again.

We had a very brief visit to Tucson and mostly only slept and showered at this property. It was as described, and it was easy to access all the locks and parking, even when arriving late in the evening. Great value for the money. The house was quite warm when we arrived due to the temperature, but it cooled off quickly with the AC. Thanks!
