Beautiful historic Sam Hughes home. Private and very peaceful home.

Great location and close the restaurants and shopping. 4BR / 2BA , one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds and one queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, baby crib with a portable baby highchair and a workstation.

Accommodates up to 10 guests, three off street parking on the tandem driveway and one in front of the house.

Remodeled vintage home with a complete new kitchen, granite counters, appliances, washer and dryer, and equipped with a 55" smart TV and connect to your favorite programming with high speed Internet.

No pets are allowed.

This house was a great fit for us over a few days in Tucson. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location to walk to restaurants/brewery. The crib was a great option for us and saved us traveling with the pack n play. Would stay here again when in the area.

The house was well equipped, so clean and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. Rain showers were plus and the house was perfect for our three day stay for a volleyball tournament. Great rental and would defiantly stay there again!!

Location was great for our needs. Otherwise, the home itself could use a very thorough cleaning, as well as some maintenance. The dishwasher was not bolted in and fell forward when opening the door. Several drawers were broken and unusable. Shower handle falls off. Washing machine has mold. Back bedroom had a cockroach and outside sitting area had a black widow nearby. (Owner did offer to come spray but we declined as we didn’t want them spraying while we were staying there). The yard is completely neglected with dead trees and little, if any, maintenance. With thorough cleaning, maybe some fresh paint, and lots of yard work, this could be a charming place, but we would not stay here again, sorry to say.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Arizona’s natural beauty and rich history continue to inspire both my leisure and lifestyle.
