Beautiful condo with everything you need for your stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Excellent location about 20 minutes away from Disney and universal. Local to supermarkets and shops. Communication from Brett was fantastic, with clear check in instructions. Security were fab and we felt very safe on the resort. A guide book was provided about the local area and instructions for WiFi and parking which was very simple. Towels were also provided which meant we were able to bring more merchandise home with us! Overall we had an amazing trip and wouldn't hesitate to book with Brett again. Thank you so much

Disney Family Trip

The condo was perfect for our needs for the week. The main living area is rather small but it worked! Great location if you’re planning on hitting Disney World parks- all are within 20 minutes. The property is cute and we felt very safe there. We’d stay again!

Vacation trip

The house was in nice shape and clean. We had a little check in problem because we never recieved a check in/out email with information for door locks etc. Was able to get ahold of property manager and he was very helpful and everything else went smoothly. All in all was a nice vacation rental and wouldnt hesitate renting again.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay as a party of 5. House was clean and organized, and very close to all theme parks. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. They had an amazing swimming pool at the location, however it was closed almost everyday due to light rain, witch totally sucked. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

Comfortable Condo

Stay was very nice. Had many amenities like multiple pools, basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, and gated entrance. Security was on top of everything. Condo was very spacious and inviting. Perfect for the amount of people I was with. Beds were very comfortable.

Phenomenal place to stay. If you’re reading this, just stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed here for a week in April 2023. This was our first ever VRBO rental and weren’t sure what to expect, WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. The property was top notch. Everything was super clean, tidy and you can tell the owner has taken alot of pride in this property. Owner is also very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. Everything was EXACTLY as advertised, and beyond, we were not disappointed at all, we felt like we were at home! It’s so close to Disney and Universal too which is a huge bonus. The Disney theme was a huge hit with the kids, it really added to our overall experience. Literally the only thing we needed was groceries, that’s it! This was such an enjoyable place to stay, I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommended, no catches, no gimmicks, no hidden fees. It was a magical week!

Fabulous House

We loved this house! The Disney theme was perfect and it was great to have so much space at such an affordable price. It wasn't fancy, but we didn't want to pay for fancy! The host was fantastic to deal with (especially after VRBO didn't send us the check-in info until three days after our reservation began). We would absolutely stay here again. Loved the location of the house at the end of the street by the water, it felt very private even in a busy neighborhood. Our only complaint is that our GPS kept trying to bring us in the back gate, so if you stay here be sure to tell your GPS to bring you in the front (where there's a gate guard to let you in!)

Great for a group stay

Everything went great! We enjoyed our stay and the Disney-fied house only enhanced our visit! They had kitchen basics, including oil, spices, coffee filters and bathroom basics which was great so we didn't have to bring those with and we were still able to cook during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Their favorite place

It was a bit difficult to gauge what the actual place would be like from pictures and limited number of reviews. Turned out to be just the ticket. Lovely large ponds and nicely landscaped areas with a choice of pools. We mostly went to the one close by. But it was great. Lot of duck and turtle watching/feeding. A bit of a fly in the ointment having traffic back up trying to get through security,but they were nice and did watch out for everyone's safety. The condo itself was laid out perfectly for a family with multiple kids. Lots of space and nice views.plwnty of tvs hooked up with various channels the kids loved. So, it was a great homebase after long days running through high heat at various fun parks. Glad we ended up choosing this condo out of many we looked at online.

Every inch of this home was designed from years worth of dreams on how to make my own Disney house. I want guests to feel the authenticity when visiting from all over the world.
