Stay on the East Side near Austin's greatest nightlife, food, coffee shops, and the outdoors!

Designed with Texas vibes in 2017, our home has bedrooms on opposite sides to provide peace and quiet for small groups, couples, and families. Strum a tune on the guitar, play a game of cornhole, and enjoy a BBQ in your private backyard.

Our home (1,109 sq ft) is well equipped for weekend visits or longer stays with fiber internet, a complete WFH workstation, high-quality cookware, and powerful A/C.

This property features:

• Prime location with a short walk to coffee shops, brunch locations, breweries, and more.
• 13-minute drive from the airport
• Fully fenced backyard with front and back patio
• The driveway holds 3 cars, and there is free street parking.
• Self-check-in using smart lock
• Home is 1,022 square feet

What you'll find inside:

• Open floor plan with kitchen connected to the living room and sitting room
• Polished concrete floors with area rugs for an open and welcoming feel. This is the perfect flooring for Austin as it keeps the home cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
• 2 bedrooms, one with a King Casper Mattress and one with a Queen in the bedroom with a loft (one has memory foam, and one is firmer to provide different options for guests).
• 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite attached to the master bedroom, which has the King mattress)
• Super fast GoogIe fiber internet (2 GB/s with Wifi 7 router)
• A workstation with a motorized desk, monitor included (32-inch monitor with HDMI cable ready for your use), and office chairs for a complete WFH setup
• 65-inch Roku Pro TV in the living room with a soundbar
• Drawer full of board games, cards, and books for entertainment
• TV is equipped with Youtube Live TV w/ Redzone & LeaguePass, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Peacock TV, etc.

We enjoyed this home that was within an easy, short drive to the UT campus. The neighborhood is a mixed bag of older homes and remodeled properties. It was quiet and easy to walk in. There are a couple of good places to eat in walking distance. The house has polished concrete floors throughout, good beds, and one of the best stocked kitchens I've been in. Highly recommend.

this place was exactly like advertised, super cute decor and was the best location near everything we needed. They even had fresh flowers on the table for us and the kitchen was pretty stocked so before going to the store check out the house. if I ever go back to Austin I will definitely reach back out to stay here.

Rental house and host were great! Property was 5 to 10 minutes from all that Austin has to offer but quiet and residential so you can leave the downtown scene as well and relax. Definitely would book again!!

A perfect week in Austin.

Very clean and well maintained with a great kitchen. The owner was available for any needs. The location is perfect for Eastside fun. Lots of options(youtube, Prime, Netflix and more) for watching - and games are available… Yahtzee, Monopoly, Settlers of Cataan, cribbage and more. I would definitely like to stay here again!!

Texas Charm!

Property was really cute! Pictures don’t do it enough justice. Feel like the hosts go the extra mile with courtesies and amenities. Great location in middle of town, we were able to get around Austin easily from the property. Also the private fenced in yard is a really nice too!

Visiting a friend in Austin

This property was amazing. Super clean and comfortable. It was a perfect home away from home. Location is excellent. It was very easy to walk around and find things to do and also very easy to get an Uber, scooter, pedi cab wherever you need to go. The back porch was fantastic and the coffee situation is 10/10. We will book this property again and I won’t even need to look at others.

Lovely, calm, relaxed space

It was lovely. Everything was just as advertised and shown in the pictures. The loft gets very hot. The area is great for walking to 6th Street and quick i to town but you do need a car. It was hot! The aircon was fantastic, Great spot and very relaxed, fun stay. Lived all the facilities and lots of special touches. .

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a hidden gem. The owners were really easy to work with and were accessible if needed. The way they prepped the house was fabulous, they even had a few snacks laid out for the kids which they loved. The only down side to this house was the upstairs bedroom gets a little stuffy. We always travel with a small fan so it wasn’t a problem for us. These guys really thought about what might make your vacation stay great.

We went to Austin to attend the UT/ULM game and we’re looking for a property close to DKR and plenty of places to eat and shop. The property is well maintained and appointed nicely to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, back yard is secure and peaceful and one of the best things - the A/C wasn’t owner controlled to the point we were hot. Everything was great and this won’t be our last stay. Finally, Brian was responsive and easy to work with.

Hidden Treasure

This is a perfect, cozy hideaway property in the middle of bustling Austin. We parked our vehicle and took Ubers everywhere we went because, again, the proximity to downtown was perfect. Plenty of amenities and comfort throughout. If there was a negative….we could not operate the loft fan without having the lights on as well. So we removed the bulbs temporarily.

This home is in a great Austin neighborhood and has EVERYTHING you could want when roadtripping through Texas Hill Country. We stayed 4 days and loved every moment. Felt like we were staying in the home of a friend who was really happy we were there. Outside courtyard, beautiful and private; kitchen is well equipped with many extra, thoughtful touches. I'm a painter and sketched inspired art in this space--the handcrafted wooden countertops and cabinetry make everything glow. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, artistic vibe--this is your place. BRAVO to the property owner for nailing every aspect of hospitality and genuine welcome.

Perfect place, perfect location

We were in Austin to visit our daughter and this was the perfect choice for us. It has everything you need to enjoy your time here and we were so close to downtown. We brought our dogs and our cat and it was an awesome set up for them too with a fully fenced backyard. My daughter is a comedian and it was never too far to go see her perform. We cooked in a couple of times and enjoyed restaurants within walking distance too, and several others around town. It was very hot and humid during our stay, but the AC woeked wonderfully and in a couple cooler evenings we enjoyed the cornhole outdoors. The grill works great. Actually, Brian has truly provided everything for a great vacation. We highly recommend this place because you will feel at home here. Other things to do in the area; bike riding, swim at Barton Springs, drive up to Georgetown and tour the Inner Space cave, see the bats at the East Congress Bridge, do the wine tours about an hour away, visit McKinney Falls. So much in this area. Thank you Brian for a great stay. We'll be back!

My home has been lovingly remodeled to preserve its Victorian feel while providing modern amenities. It's located in Central East Austin, which is close to dozens of restaurants, bars, and great places to go out.
