Awesome sound front views and access to beaches are available at San De Luna #14. This sound front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home is ideal for leisure whether for family vacation or quick retreat. This modern property offers a living space furnished with a brand new sofa, a flat screen television and a sitting chair.
Tile flooring with area rugs throughout highlights the open floor plan. The combined living, dining, and kitchen area provides comfort and convenience with modern stainless steel finished for appliances and farm house style finished cabinetry. Clean up is easier with the tile topped counters. Living space is extended to the private balcony off the living area. Kitchen has Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeemaker.
The second level continues with a wonderful Master bedroom and it is furnished with a spacious King bed and completed by a private bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and twin daybed and is equal in comfort with beach themed bedding making this townhome sleep up to 5 people with ease. Extra sleeping available with a pop-up mattress.
Town home amenities include two bikes (in downstairs storage area), and covered parking. San De Luna amenities include an onsite (heated) pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. San De Luna #14 provides handiness to shopping, dining, and nightlife while enjoying the Gulf Coast.

The condo was nicely outfitted and it’s in the perfect location! My only complaint would be door mats as the was no where to wipe your feet before heading inside, and a decent non stick fry pan.

Great location. It gets terribly hot throughout the condo during the day as you can imagine and there is not a single fan. Would be really great to upgrade the bedroom and living space lights to ceiling fans to help combat the heat. The mattresses desperately need to be changed as well, the king has two major divots from continued use and the twin sinks all the way down from used springs. The kitchen is upgraded well and has all you need for cooking and the laundry is also nicely upgraded.

Very clean and nicely upgraded! Thoroughly enjoyed all the extras such as bicycle, paddleboard, chairs, umbrella.. Plenty of dishes & utensils for grilling. Best part was access to gulf AND sound side, this was great for my kids. We wish the unit had ceiling fans.
