Array of Sunshine is a beautiful Mediterranean home located in the Gulf-front neighborhood of Gulf Pines in Miramar Beach. This home is sure to be a crowd pleaser as guests can take a short golf cart ride to the deeded beach or choose to simply spend the day lounging by the private pool! Sleeping 12, and with plenty of parking, this house is perfect for groups looking for a relaxing getaway at the best beaches in Florida!

Sleeping 12 guests, there are plenty of sleeping arrangements within the four bedrooms. The first floor bedroom is ideal for those who prefer not to use stairs or wish to be close to the main living areas. This queen suite features a spacious closet, a flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a modern twist with a spacious walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a french bidet. A laundry room is also located adjacent to this bedroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms are located and feature a twin suite, a queen suite, and a king suite. The twin offers two twin beds with a jack and jill bathroom with the queen suite. This shared bathroom includes a large soaking tub with a shower and dual vanity sinks. The king suite is the highlight of the bedrooms. This bedroom offers a large king sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an expansive en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the king suite on a queen sleeper sofa.

The main living spaces in Array of Sunshine are spacious and comfortable. French doors are located along the back side of the home that allow for an abundance of sunlight to fill the main living areas. The living room is characterized by high ceilings, while featuring a large sectional sofa surrounding a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen breakfast bar with an area for coffee and tea. A second living room area is located off the kitchen for additional comfortable living. Here, guests can enjoy a sofa, a sofa chair, and a flat-screen TV.

The expansive outdoor area is the highlight of this home. A private pool with a hot tub is available for guests to enjoy. A hammock located next to the pool is the perfect place to relax and take in the Florida sunshine.
