Perfect for friends and family! A spacious home in Walden on Lake Conroe in a quiet cul-de-sac. You have access to the Walden Marina (boat rentals), Walden Yacht Club (resort style pool with poolside bar & grill), 2 boat ramps, fishing, biking/walking trails, parks and more! For those that love to golf, enjoy Houston’s number 1 golf course! Margaritaville is only a 5 minute drive away.

Everything you need in just 15 minutes or less! On Walden road you will find a variety of gas stations, markets, donuts, and food. Walmart is about a 10 min drive up the road, they also deliver groceries. Kroger and H‑E‑B are also about 15 min up the road.

The home is 2318 sq ft. Each room comes with a smart tv, charging stations and sound machines. There are family friendly games, toys and books for ages 2-10, puzzles and cards. There is a fully stocked coffee bar and all your basic kitchen needs. There is also a high chair and pack and play. Wanna bring your boat?...If so, you will have access to the Walden boat ramp which is just a stone throw away. We hope you enjoy making memories with your friends and/or family in our home away from home!

*Please note we currently have temporary window coverings from Lowes on all bedroom windows. Shutters will be installed early-mid March.

Once booked the host will provide more information on the property, house rules, and property handbook. This will also be provided printed in the house.

By booking you agree that you have read & agree to comply with the rules and failure could result in loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.

1. No loud music, noise and parties.
2. No Smoking inside the house.
3. The host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain within your stay.
4. Only Registered Guests are allowed onsite.
5. Nothing hot on granite countertops
6. Report any stains or damage immediately.
7. No shoes on furniture.
8. No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
9. Fireplace is not for use.

Replacement cost of lost or damaged tv remote, fan/light remote, or community amenity key is $30 each.

What a great house! Beautiful and clean. Five adults and then be child for a weekend stay to attend the Texas Renfair. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the games. The coffee, snacks and water were much appreciated. Will book again when we are on the area.

Great house for big family!

We stayed here for the Wedding weekend for our sons wedding! The host were great and we truly enjoyed the house, it is very well equipped to meet all a family needs! We hosted 4 generations, it is just great for us!

Great weekend at the Lakehouse

We traveled from Alabama to meet family that lives in Texas. This house was perfect for us. The kids had plenty of room to run around and play, they enjoyed playing with all the toys provided. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Swimming at the yacht club was fantastic, especially for the ages of our kids. The babies loved the splashpad and little pools and our big kids enjoyed the 8 ft. deep end. We had a great vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

Our family loved our stay at Walden! My son was getting married at a beautiful venue nearby and this house (and Natalie) made a potentially hectic weekend SO much more enjoyable!! Natalie was a pleasure very accommodating and the house with the extra beds and relaxing areas were AWESOME!

Perfect stay

Our family came out to Lake Conroe for a wedding weekend and it was a perfect location for both the rehearsal dinner location and the wedding venue. We had more than enough room for our family. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the coffee station.

Night before the Wedding!

My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night here relaxing before my my wedding! The house is absolutely adorable! The host was so sweet when I couldn’t find the check in information (it was in my email not the app). I highly recommend this house and want to stay here again soon!!

INCREDIBLE!!

What a lovely place!! The house was so cute and super clean. We could not find fault with anything. The owners really thought of all the details. We loved all the special touches like the fancy napkins in the bathroom.... those were so nice and kept us from dirtying up too many rags. Though we didn't cook during our stay, it was nice to see that the owner had spices and condiments available to use, if you needed it. We also loved how big the kitchen table was. It was perfect for a large family.. We enjoyed our time so much and would 100% stay here again!!

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed this home! We had two families with kids in town for a wedding nearby. The house was comfortable and clean and stocked with toys and games the kids enjoyed! It was also a nice treat to have coffee available! We had trouble getting into the property but the owners quickly assisted us and even came over to ensure we got in. They were kind people and even gave us some recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience!

Home away from home

The pictures absolutely do not do this property justice. The house is so beautiful. The convenience to stores and restaurants and the peacefulness of the neighborhood was so nice. Forty minutes from the renaissance but does not seem that far at all. Would recommend and we WILL return.

Great stay!!

We had a very lovely stay! The Cooks were great hosts and made sure we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy our time. The house was clean and the backyard was well-kept - Hanging in the backyard around the fire was a great way to end our nights! We can’t wIt to visit again soon!
