THE SPACE

The open concept living space and outdoor deck offer abundant seating, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining areas, with a kitchen table for six, a bar top for two, and deck seating for five. The shared backyard offers ample space for lawn games, or you can directly access the lake using our two inflatable paddle boards, our kids’ kayak, or any of the inflatable water toys. Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, two covered parking spaces, and the shared backyard and boardwalk with the exception of the locked supply closets. You will also have access to the two pools designated for our section of the neighborhood and two parks located within the community.

PLEASE NOTE - You can tie up your watercraft to the boardwalk located behind the townhome, but security does not permit guests to bring trailers or boats through the gate.

This property uses a property management software that requests a renters agreement along with a refundable incident deposit hold. The deposit hold is $375 and will be placed on hold 5 days prior to arrival and released 72 hours after checkout.

To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we conduct a thorough inventory before each guest’s arrival and after departure. This helps us maintain all amenities in great condition and ensures nothing goes missing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our space fully equipped and ready for every stay!

This townhome is located within a quiet section of the April Sound Community with full-time residents. Parties and large groups are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to vacate the premises, immediate cancellation of their reservation without refund, and a fine of $500.

There is an additional fee for access to the April Sound Country Club bar, pool, racquet sports, and golf course unless you are a ClubCorp member. If you are not a ClubCorp member and would like access to the country club, please contact the host directly for pricing.

Please note there is no gate between the shared yard and the lake. Young children should wear a life jacket and be supervised at all times.

By booking, you acknowledge that the homeowner and/or host will not assume liability for any accidents or injuries incurred during your stay.

This is a lake front property and there are lake bugs flying by the lights at night during warmer months. Please keep the sliding doors closed or use the screen doors at all times to prevent them from coming inside. We do not reimburse for early checkout due to any type of insects.

LOST AND FOUND

Unclaimed items shall be kept for a period of two weeks, after which they will be discarded. If you wish to have your belongings shipped to you during this two-week window, we are happy to do so at the cost of shipping.
