Come enjoy a comfy 4 bed/2 bath home by the beach! This charming house is perfect for a relaxing weekend with a beautiful backyard in our deep heated saltwater pool.

Whether you choose to walk or bike, this centrally located home is near Wiggins State Park/Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, The Mercato Shopping Center, and much more!
**BICYCLES ARE PROVIDED **

With an open floor plan, the living room is perfect for family fun and bonding. This living room includes a pull-out futon that turns into an extra bed for friends and family. Entering the home, you are welcomed to a newly renovated kitchen, which opens to the dining and living room area.

You and your family will find the lanai/outdoor area to be the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation. The backyard is completely fenced, and the covered lanai area features mesh screens, furnished with a dining table for 6, and a flat screen TV. The backyard also features gas grills, lounge chairs, outdoor couches, an umbrella shade, and a 3-stool bar table.

In the master bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, a private in-suite bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a twin trundle, a work desk, and a sliding closet. The 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle and a sliding door closet. The 4th bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed, a work desk and sliding door closet. This home also has two full bathrooms with walk in showers and a portable bathtub for young children. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Complete with linens, towels, kitchen equipment, and pool toys, this is the perfect home for you!

We had a great time staying in Naples at the Beach House! Nice location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Great outdoor space for lounging, eating and playing games. We’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome House / Five Star Rating!!

The house was perfect! We came as a family of 5 for our first time in Naples. The house was immaculate, well spaced out and plenty of room. Everything was very easy both inside of the house and the wonderful back yard that had a beautiful breezeway and pool. We are definitely looking to come back and enjoy this wonderful house again! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We loved the house, the lunai & pool !!!! The house was very well equipped, it had everything we needed but still minimalist. Great walking area. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Beds , great room furniture, lunai & outdoor furniture we all comfortable . The pictures are real !!!! Any communication with Rebecca before & during our stay was handled quickly. We will be back Rebecca. !!!

Spring Break Getaway

This property was perfect for a quick getaway. This time it was just myself and my husband, but it would have been great if we had kids with us, too. The lanai was spacious and made a nice outdoor office for my husband while I enjoyed the pool and deck. We enjoyed the bikes. Check in was simple and Rebecca was very responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

Very bad experience.

I was robbed by the owner of this property. I paid for 2 nights and they forced me to leave one day before my check-out, or pay $800 for a violation we didn’t commit. The house holds up to 7 people as shown in the property description; we were 10, and I had agreed to pay for the 3 extra guests. They took pictures with the Ring camera of every person entering the property, including pictures of my 2 minor children, and sent them to me. Some of my family members, who live nearby, stopped by to say hi. The owner took pictures of them and charged a fee for them too, even though they didn’t stay overnight. Additionally, my grandfather mistakenly parked on the grass for less than 10 minutes, and the owner sent me a picture and charged a violation fee for that as well. They contacted me again, saying the neighbor complained about noise, which cannot be true because we had no music, noise, or any party at all! In short, they will be watching you on camera and will invent an excuse to charge you a violation fee for no reason. They will be watching you through the camera while you are in the pool. You will feel intimidated at all times. I have stayed in many vacation homes and have never been in such an unpleasant situation before. Another problem was that they started sending text messages to my phone number, and I responded immediately. The next day, she wrote to me saying that I wasn't responding, and that’s completely false. The house was very clean, that’s all.
