With stunning ocean views from the balcony, you'll be just steps away from the beautiful no-drive beach. This spacious 1658 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 3 small children, and is beautifully furnished with premium amenities and all the essentials you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and cable, and access to all of the complex's amenities, including two seasonally heated pools, gyms, basketball and tennis courts, and more. Located just minutes from some of the area's best restaurants and attractions, this condo is the perfect home base for your beachfront vacation

Amazing stay on New Smyrna beach!
I highly recommend this property! The condo was spotless with comfortable furniture and a great kitchen! The complex was quiet during the day and night. Great location across from the beach and close to many restaurants. The only improvement I can think of is that the pool was really crowded likely because the 2nd pool was closed during our stay.

I love the beach! Always have , always will. My happy place is on a beach with a book in my hand. I'm a Mom to 3 college age kids and married for 24 years. I work as an IT system analyst.

I would love for your family or friends to enjoy our place to relax and unwind. This property has so much to offer. It's very spacious with 1658 Sq foot. All furniture and bedding is brand new with quality things. I have put a lot of effort and time into purchasing things that I feel make this condo feel like "home". Wake up and walk out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee. Walk to the beach for a morning walk to see the sunrise or you can always join in the yoga class in the pool right out your front door! Rent a movie and reserve the theater for a Movie night. Take a stroll along the nature walk at the back of the property where you will see all sorts of wild life.

Covered parking for your automobile. Gated community with lots of amenities to choose from. Easy access to the quite NO Driving portion of the beach but close enough to get to downtown for nightlife and plenty of restaurants. Rent a golf cart to cruise the beach one day from downtown, take a quick trip to JB's fish camp for a kayak rental to see the manatees and last but not least check the spacex launch schedule to watch a rocket launch from the balcony or over at the beach! Very close to Disney , Universal , Blue Springs and so MUCH MORE.
