Home is where the heart is! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath villa is located in Kissimmee, Florida, just a short drive from all the attractions in Orlando, including Disney World. Bring the whole family and rest easy in a relaxed atmosphere with great amenities featuring a clubhouse with a gym, billiard table, jacuzzi, locker rooms, and showers. Plus, there are not one but TWO pools for the kids to enjoy an afternoon swim.

This vacation rental is located in a safe, gated community and offers more privacy than hotel stays, with free off-street parking and basketball and tennis courts. And if trout fishing is on your bucket list, you can cast your line at Lake Marion; just a short nature walk away. There’s so much to do; you’ll want to ensure you have time to do it all!

Contactless check-in, free wi-fi, and a washer/dryer complement the convenience of this home. Our newly upgraded air conditioning will help keep you cool in the seasonably warm temperatures to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The primary bedroom en suite has a queen bed, and the second bedroom features twin bunk beds. The bedrooms are spacious, with lots of closet space to store your luggage.

Centrally located

Our stay in the condo was very nice. As we were traveling all over, it was a great central location. Manuel reached out to us and was proactive to ensure our stay was very nice. The community is quiet and pool was nice. It is located a bit far from stores and restaurants but the kitchen was nice and allowed us to cook in for meals easily. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice quiet gated neighborhood with great pool, kid pool and hot tub

We had a great time! Communication was excellent and very quick. We had a little problem checking in and it was quickly resolved. The pool is very nice just a short walk away. The condo was great for us!

Nice clean and comfortable stay

Wonderful 2 BR 2 BA with modern decor. Huge tv's in living room and master. Really enjoyed heated pool and hot tub. Complex included lighted tennis/pickleball courts that was a nice feature. The host Manuel was very easy to contact via vrbo message and very responsive to our needs.

Fantastic!

We were visiting family in Solivita, about 8 miles away, so the location was perfect for us. We were able to work remotely when needed and get to visit the family too. Everything we needed was within a short drive. The villa itself is very clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed with all the necessities. All we needed was one trip to the local Publix to get all of the groceries for our stay. The neighborhood is gated, very nice and extremely quiet considering the number of people we saw. We walked daily and made use of the facilities in the clubhouse a few times. Our hosts were the best. They communicated well and responded quickly to our inquiries. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Complete experience

Another great week at Legoland !! This neighborhood works great for my kids and I so I am always happy to rent a unit here. We rented many other units in this area in the past 4 years because we found the neighborhood to be quiet , less than 30 min drive, less expensive than the resort and most important: like home conditions. This unit was recently remodeled. Nice kitchen upgrades, everything new and clean in the bedrooms. It met all of our needs. Many thanks to the owners for their attention to details and the great communication . I certainly recommend this vacation home to everyone and I will gladly return for more Disney and/or Legoland fun.

Great Getaway!

The place was very clean and pretty well-stocked. My family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub in the neighborhood which were just down the street. I would recommend this place for a nice quite getaway!

Quiet community

Our stay in the condo was very nice. We had a few hiccups while there but Manuel was always very responsive and fixed the issues very quickly! The community is quiet and pool was nice. It is located a bit far from stores and restaurants. The condo was up to date and clean. Manuel was very helpful throughout our stay!!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice setting. The only issue we had was the mattress was very uncomfortable, worn out and needs to be replaced. We would certainly stay there again, provided the mattress was replaced.
