The condo was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The house was immaculate, and the neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. We felt very safe staying here. The only complaint I have is entering the community. We were given a parking pass, however, every single time we came back to the property, we had to stop at the guard box, tell them who we were, what address we were staying at, and provide our driver’s license. Sometimes it would take several minutes for them to look us up, then let us in. We didn’t receive any code, or any other information on how to enter the property, so if there was an easier way, we weren’t told about it. Otherwise, this was a great rental for the week. The hostess, Angela, was great to work with, as well. The price was completely reasonable for such a nice home.

As always, our stay was perfect. We noticed some welcome additions and enjoyed our stay as always. Communication with the Host is always clear. The care-takers are also very open and can come if needed.

Nice winter escape

The bed was very comfortable. The pools were clean and well kept. The condo was well equipped. The club house was accessible. The owner is very nice and communicated promptly when we had questions.

Very nice accommodations - clean, well-equipped, quiet, first floor access. If you are looking for a place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle, this is it. On the flip side, it is miles from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping so plan ahead.

Very nice and clean

I was very impressed with the entry, cleanliness and convenience of our stay here. It is off the beaten path however it worked well for us to visit relatives in the area. We love Cherry Pockets which is close. There are 2 nice pools in the complex too.

Great place to stay for Peppa Pig/Legoland

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. It's a bit of a drive to get to many food options, so plan on eating while you are out and about or cooking. It's only about 30min from the new Peppa Pig Park and Legoland, which was exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want a family-friendly, quit place to stay and don't need restaurants at your doorstep.

Perfect place with a great host

This is our 2nd time renting from Ms Garrick. We have found everything we need and more. This condo is excellent in every way for us. The Park security was welcome and kept everything quiet. That is the most endearing quality of this Verbo rental, the quiet. We have stayed at other places before, but this is the best. We would highly recommend staying here

This is by far the best VRBO place we have ever stayed in. This is our 4th trip here and we can't say enough nice things about the Host and her Caretakers. Any issues we had were cleared up swiftly . We totally enjoyed our stay here every time. We would recommend this place for a family with 2 children. Thank you to Angela for her awesome hospitality

Good place to stay

Angela is easy to work with and responds quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable. It has a screened porch. Fixtures are a little dated but doesn’t take away from anything. We didn't use the amenities, but there are tennis courts and a pool.

Very nice condo

Angela is wonderful to work with. The condo was very clean and in a very safe and calm neiborhood. The only downside was that we could hear the upstairs neibor very easily. Other than that, everything was perfect.

A Home Away From Home

This was a very clean and comfortable condo. It was in close proximity to my Mom who is residing in a Memory Care Facility. I enjoyed sitting in the screened room drinking my coffee in the mornings and taking a warm bubble bath in the garden tub in the evenings. I found the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. I also enjoyed walking at Huckleberry Island Park which was 15 minutes away. The owner Angela was very attentive and communicative. Overall a very pleasant experience ,that I would do again.

Great place, Horrible Caretakers

The place and owner were great. We enjoyed the place and amenities. Unfortunately, half our stay was not a comfortable one. There were issues with the air conditioning and the caretakers were not very nice about it. Thankfully the owner got involved and made them come check it out. They eventually "tried" to fix the issue but it never was fixed. Being in Florida in 90 degree weather, it was horrible waking up in sweat and entering a hot muggy house for 4 days straight. In all honesty the owner was very kind and understanding, but seriously needs to think about paying someone who will actually care about her renters and not tell them that they cannot help them out when it is there job to help the renters. I am going to try to see if I can get some sort of discount for the discomfort my family suffered. I did appreciate the owner contacting me directly unfortunately the problem was never solved. I will definitely be willing to rent this place again in the future if the caretakers are different. Thank you Angela for trying to take care of the problems.
