The space

Resort Attractions offers beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed (1 & 2 bedroom) condos on Lake Conroe featuring fully equipped kitchen, private over-the-water balcony and acclaimed Sunrise facing 'Three Mile Views"! Whether your interest is romance, relaxation or family fun and your passion is water sports, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming or just relaxing in a wonderfully natural environment; our luxurious units provide a perfect launching point for these activities.

Your amenities include lakeside swimming pool, lakeside basketball and tennis courts, covered playground for the little ones and access to covered and well lit community fishing pier!

We also specialize in special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, family holidays, reunions & get-together, anniversaries & marriage proposals. Care to add wine, flowers or even your own private fireworks show?

Filthy & Very Dated

The cobwebs were everywhere. Old dried food on utensils. Goes without saying we washed anything we used. Upstairs bedroom (loft- no privacy door) had a most unfortunate shower. There were 3 full wall size mirrors around the shower. Not what I would pick for this idea for my home, but they were filthy, cracked and the mirrors are so old that the coating on the back of the mirrors is written off. The caulking was so old and dried that large cracks remained. Now let me talk about that cup of Joe I wanted. The coffee pot was disgusting. And by disgusting, I mean there was lots of MOLD in the compartment where you pour the water. The overall decor spanned a few different centuries and requires a do over. I'm confused about the condo because Jim said that he got us the best one he could. He also said that it would never be a bother to call him for anything. Aside from buying a new coffee pot there was nothing he could do. I couldn't leave because I would have lost a lot of money. Please think twice before renting at the Landing of Seven Coves.

Having led an active lifestyle in the Houston area for 40 years and Lake Conroe for almost 10 years, I've become an 'unofficial' expert on southeast Texas and the local area.

I can provide you valuable 'local insight' regarding day trips to Galveston, NASA Space Center, Houston and the Woodlands, as well as the nearby Sam Houston National Forest and the towns of Willis, Conroe and Montgomery.

It will be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can. Just ask!

We take great pride in our high percentage of be-backs (guests that have stayed with us before and have decided to return, sometimes 3 or 4 times a year).

And remember, we specialize in special occasions; birthdays, family get togethers, anniversaries and marriage proposals.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons.

First, we just couldn't get very excited about being on the south side of the lake (the 'popular' side). Down there, the lake is too far from the freeway, there's way too much traffic and you can't find the expansive view that we enjoy so much!

More importantly, our property is unique on the lake in that it has a private balcony that actually hangs over the water. We instantly fell in love with this feature!

Every one else has a strip of grass, a sidewalk or a dock between the unit and water. Not so at our place, if you drop something off the balcony,...it WILL make a splash!

Furthermore, the location is close to perfect in many ways. Having a marina and boat ramp right next door on one side, and a resort next door on the other side makes enjoying the lake extremely convenient.

We pay an annual fee to both entities so that our guests can take full advantage of their amenities and everything is within reasonable walking distance (you can drive but you don't have to).

No matter what you do, the lake is always in the background...from the swimming pool to the tennis and basketball courts and the covered playground...the view of the lake is always there!

Personally, I find it extremely relaxing. And, I know our guests do as well!

When prospective customers ask me to confirm that the unit is actually on the lake, I enjoy reassuring them by saying, 'It couldn't be any more on the lake, unless it was IN the lake'.

Invariably, when they arrive, they say something like, 'Wow, you weren't kidding. We are definitely ON the lake!'.

It generally makes for some interesting conversation and our guests are always impressed with our expansive view of the lake!

If you have any interest in fishing, opportunities abound. With a wide variety of species, Lake Conroe is known for good fishing. You can try 'em from your balcony or from over a mile of shoreline and docks or the covered and lit community fishing pier.

Somebody is catching something virtually every day of the year. It might as well be you!

And remember, if you need some poles, just ask!
