Mt Elbert Hike

This is an awesome property. We had a group of 8 friends stay, plenty of space, comfortable beds, we loved the outdoor space for hanging out in the evenings.

Great mountain escape

This place is very private and clean. The location was perfect and loved having the space around the property. The house itself was very comfortable for all of us and in great condition. Had a fire each night outside and really enjoyed everything about it.

Perfect Stay

This place was perfect for our stay in Leadville. The house is EXTREMELY clean, comfy, well stocked and organized. Fast internet, plenty of parking, lots of peace and quiet, and convenient to the town of Leadville. The hosts were extremely helpful with all of our requests and took great care of us. A+++

Great vacation! We will be back!

Leadville is absolutely beautiful, the temperatures were wonderful and the historical town was so interesting. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, Pineview is certainly one of the best! The location is perfect-close to town, secluded in trees. The house is beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. The owners were over-the-top, helpful, and easy to work with. We have never returned to a vacation home a second time, but we’re seriously considering coming back to Leadville and staying in this home again! Highly recommend this home!

Great clean and upgraded house for max 10 people

We rented for Mount Elbert hike with friends and family. - Very nice, clean house with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen and other amenities, - 5+ mins from Leadville downtown restaurants, will need cars to drive back-n-forth, - Very secluded and private - Monika was very responsive - 30 mins from South Mt Elbert trailhead - Even though it is a 6-bedroom place, it has max occupancy of 10 people Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the Pine View home.

A group of 9 of us were looking for a property in the area large enough enough to accommodate us for a hiking trip. We are pretty picky and needed individual privacy since only 3 of the group were from the same family. This property did not disappoint! With 6 very nice bedrooms on 3 levels, and 5 baths, we had more than enough privacy. We ate all meals at the cabin and the kitchen was much nicer than most rentals with a large fridge, induction cooking, Bosch appliances and all the utensils we needed. Everything was super-clean and comfortable. We were well located to many trails and 14er locations, plus a few minutes away from Leadville and Turquoise Lake. Very quiet and private on 5 acres. We were able to easily hike Mayflower Gulch, Mt Belford, Mt Oxford, Mt Missouri & Mt La Plata, along with a day at the Pagosa Hot Springs during our 5 nights there. The host was very responsive with any minor questions we had and all instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend and rent this property again!

This was a fabulous home for the Leadville 100 race. It was positioned perfectly for the various aid stations and start/finish line. The home was light, bright, airy and had everything we needed for a fabulous time. It is very private and surrounded by pine trees. The primary bedroom feels like sleeping in a tree house under the gorgeous moon and stars. We had plenty of private spaces as well as a dining table that seated our whole group and a well-appointed kitchen. We wish we had more time to explore the area and enjoy the history, recreation, and food scene.
