Take advantage of the value of this wonderful beach home that is only 3 houses to the beach. Clean and Well Maintained 2b/2b lower unit. Only a half a block from restaurants and shopping. This Treasured Retreat has been recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated with a relaxing beach theme. This home has an open floor plan with a light and bright beach air. This beautifully updated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining that opens up to the dining room and living room for social interaction. The home is stocked as if a 5 star resort hotel with all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. You will be within walking distance of the Newport Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, local shops, restaurants/bars, parks, beach fire pits and lots of entertainment. Amusement parks, malls and both Catalina and Balboa Islands are all close to Newport Beach as well. The house is very clean and well maintained. You will get the VIP treatment during your stay. Perfect location for enjoying the BEACH!

We have also included fun beach toys for your enjoyment: Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Surf Board, Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Bikes and Beach Towels. We can also offer additional beach bike rentals through a local vendor that will bring them to the house upon arrival and pick them up upon departure.

The home is proudly hosted by TREASURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We are a family owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a personal touch to your vacation experience. We have 5 vacation homes that are located next to each other on 45th and 46th street in Newport Beach. This beach house in Newport Beach was an absolute gem for my wife, our two little girls, and me! Perfectly located, it’s just a short walk to the sandy shores, vibrant restaurants, and the iconic pier—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The house itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with all the necessities, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and beach towels, making it perfect for a family vacation. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay for us and our girls. The proximity to local attractions combined with the clean, comfortable space made this the ideal coastal getaway. Highly recommend for families visiting Newport Beach! Brenda is an amazing host!

Newport Beach House on 46th Street

We loved the place. Just a few homes from the beach, it was a perfect location. Not even a minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes to the shopping center for fast food and restaurants, so convenient. Super clean and neat. The property manager, Brenda, told us it was recently remodeled, and it certainly didn’t disappoint and neither did she, answering our questions. We loved hangout on the roomy patio and the convenience of running back and forth from the beach. As the photos showed, it was everything we expected and more with the amenities, beach gear and bikes. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
